Moxie Fitness is a boutique fitness studio offering Pilates Reformer, Exo chair, Fuse Ladder, Mat Pilates, Yoga, Barre, TRX, indoor cycling, strength training and step classes located in the heart of Teays Valley, West Virginia. We truly have it all. Become stronger and healthier by attending classes weekly. Our small group classes ensure proper instruction and technique. We have carefully chosen our class offerings to bring our community the best combination of strength, cardio, flexibility, stability and core. Whether a beginner or seasoned fitness enthusiast, we have a class for you. Memberships available.

I’ve attended moxie for almost two years, and I have never taken a class that I didn’t enjoy! The variety of classes they offer allows me to have a workout schedule that doesn’t get boring or repetitive week after week. The instructors are amazing and so kind, and so are the other members! I love moxie and joining the studio has absolutely inspired a love for fitness that I didn’t previously have.

Moxie has quickly become my new favorite place! They offer a wide variety of classes that are perfect for any skill and fitness level. I used to dread going to the gym but now I look forward to taking as many classes as I can at Moxie. The instructors are so nice and inclusive. They are incredibly knowledgeable and so fun to be around. There is absolutely zero judgement at Moxie. Everyone who attends these classes are also super nice and always helpful. Moxie has been such a great place to start my fitness journey. All of the instructors are wonderful and there are an awesome variety of classes. Moxie has allowed me to try things I would not have typically tried and allowed me to find new ways of working out that I truly enjoy. The Pilates reformer classes have been wonderful!! I feel like I'm gaining strength and stability every class. Wendi, Shannon and the other instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, and very patient as I learn the proper techniques. I'm continually amazed at the variety of exercises that we are able to learn each week. They are also great about modifications if you have an injury or just aging joints. I look forward to each class which is new to me when it comes to exercise.

Moxie offers welcoming instructors for a variety of fitness levels. Classes are challenging, fun, and filled with awesome women!
I absolutely love restorative yoga! Erin is a fun, laid-back instructor with great playlists! I feel like the longer poses really give my body a chance to stretch and heal, and the mindfulness practice is starting to carry over into the rest of my week. I always look forward to this class!

I LOVE Pilates plus! The classes are fun and always changing. Wendi and her staff are knowledgeable and encouraging and make sure everyone gets their best work-out every time. It is perfect for all fitness levels, as they always have modifications available to make the exercises more or less challenging. Thanks to Pilates Plus I am stronger and feel better than I have in years!

Pilates Plus is amazing! I recently moved to the area and had not exercised in quite some time. I wanted to find a studio that offered classes for the entire body. I signed up for the complimentary 2 weeks to try as many of the classes. The instructors get to know each person and carefully explain the movements and modification if needed. The variety of classes and times make it easy to work into my schedule. I go as often as I can. Overall the people and instructors at Pilates Plus make me feel better and want to exercise!
