Worst gym in the Fairmont/Whitehall area, the owner is rude and has anger issues, make sure you read the terms and conditions because you will get overcharged for absolutely nothing.

I hurt myself and haven’t been able to lift for a month or so and have been doing basic workouts at home. I went to cancel my membership to save money and the owner calls and says “I didn’t get into the gym business to make money” and said that he saw I went and used the facility often and didn’t want me to cancel. He offered me 3 free months until I’m better to avoid a sign up fee in the future, and pushed back my yearly charge 2 months. Wonderful owner and it was appreciated.

I’ve traveled and went from gym to gym. Out of all them the customer service of Next Level Fitness is truly NEXT level. Almost instantly I’ve gotten email replies to help me, and a representative named Jalen Hale has personally came to the location and opened the door for me because it wasn’t opening to my barcode AFTER he just helped me set a new primary card. You just can’t beat it!

For amenities the gym has a half court for basketball, two lifting sections, treadmills and a spacious bathrooms/Showers. To complete it all the locker rooms are in great shape and they’re next to the sauna which feels amazing after a good workout!

This gym and its staff has earned all 5 stars from me! 10/10 do recommend.

I ended up having a random billing issue and when I found out about it I sent an e-mail hoping for a response within a couple days. Even though it was fairly late, I got an e-mail back within the hour and by the next day everything was resolved quickly and easily. Very pleased with the customer service I received from Drew.

Next Level is hands down the best gym I’ve ever trained in. From the staff to everyone that works out there. Regardless of your fitness goals everyone at next level enjoys and fully embraces their own fitness experience. Whether you want to just walk on a treadmill , shoot basketball, tan/sauna or pull 700lb deadlifts this is the place for you.

Drew the owner helped me set up a membership through my insurance. I travel for work so finding gyms that are suitable to workout in is tough, Next Level Fitness offers 24 hour accessibility, great workout equipment, a basketball court, and much much more. Goes to show how great a gym can be with the right owners. If you’re anywhere remotely close to White Hall, WV this is the place to workout.

While I was using the gym everything was in good shape and well organized. When my year agreement was up, and I was no longer using my membership I was told to cancel online or call the number. When I ran into issues with it Drew went to the gym and took care of it himself within 30 minutes of speaking with him. All in all a good place to work out and from the customer service I’ve seen it’s great as well

Absolute nightmare to work with. I signed a one year contract not knowing I would be moving and unable to travel to the gym. I attempted to cancel in person the last day I used the gym in the summer but was told I needed to cancel online. I continued to pay my monthly fee due to it being a contract. The contract was up 12/1/22 and I attempted to cancel. Although it was advertised as “easy” and “able to do so online” I was unable to cancel online. I called the customer care number which is a third party and they informed me I was auto renewed for another year even though I have not used this gym for over 6 months. I called the gym numerous times without an answer. When I finally got an answer, I was told that I needed to call the customer care number again and there is nothing they can do to help me. So I asked if that meant I needed to now pay 20$ a month plus an annual fee for another year and just very plainly got “yep”. Absolute lack of care for their customers, they just want their $. Do not recommend this gym.

This gym is the perfect space to get a great lift in! I came with a friend for a day pass and absolutely loved it! (a huge bonus for me was the hack squat machine! It's the only one I've seen in the local gyms I've visited)

I really enjoy this gym! No loud obnoxious behavior is tolerated. Perfect place for business professionals to work out. The owners donate their time and money for community fund raisers. I am happy to support a local business that supports our community.

I was a member at this gym for about half a year, until I had to relocate for work. My job brought me back home, so I can't wait to sign up again! The staff is professional, friendly, and willing to answer any questions you have! The price is very reasonable, and sanitary throughout!

Bad business practices. Signed up my teen sons for one month memberships. Was informed AFTER they charged my bank account $84 and after my sons used the gym only 3 times that they changed their policy and teens were no longer allowed to utilize the gym unsupervised. Won't refund my money. Completely insane. Edited to also state that we were told that we signed a "contract" but were also told that we couldn't see said contract. Why would they let us sign up and pay for minors if they're not allowed? Filed complaints with BBB and WV Attorney General.

Been a member for over a year. Signed up when it was still Robs Fitness Factory. When I signed up I did a no contract and had it taken out of my account directly. I never signed any paperwork stating when I canceled I would still be billed the next month if I didn't give 30 day notice. So I was billed for the next month. I also have a friend that also wanted to cancel and never signed any form of contract that wanted to cancel today the first and was told they would be billed for September and October because they had to give 30 day notice. This is absolutely crazy that they will be billed for October when it's the first of September. I can handle being billed for September since we both just canceled however being billed for the next month when it is in the 30 day mark is crazy especially when neither of us had contracts. Will not recommend this place to anyone or ever consider going back here because of this.
