I am so thankful for North Peak Performance. I have had so many experiences there. All kinds of classes and an awesome 5k and I continue to try new things and getting the best workouts. As an addiction therapist and Independent Clinical Social Worker in the field for over 30 years, I teach the importance of Whole Health. Whole Health is Sober Living. Whole Health is the solution to addiction . With addiction so prominent in our society, so many of us have neglected self-care. The drive for fulfillment in food,, gambling, drugs, etc has distracted us. I am so grateful for North Peak. The gym has brought so much more than to exercise. North Peak Performance is a wonderful gym! The owner, Cora Gum, takes such great care of everything! She is in the gym multiple times a week cleaning equipment, the bathrooms, and even all of the floors throughout the gym! She takes great pride in her establishment and keeps everything well kept, clean, spacious, and welcoming to all who enter! It’s so nice to have a 24 hour operating gym in the area because none of the other “big name” gyms stay open 24 hours a day anymore! It helps so much for those who have weird work hours or days and may not be able to come in during traditional hours of operation! I would highly suggest North Peak Performance to anyone who wants a comfortable, welcoming, CLEAN establishment to work out!

It is very clean, has many machines to use , lots of friendly staff and so many classes to choose from for all ages. North Peak Performance is a wonderful place for all your family. This has been one of the best things our town has ever gained health wise but also community. The Gum family has brought so much to our little community by giving our town something to enjoy 24 hours a day at our own convenience. Not to mention adding the tanning bed and now spray tans , WOW!!! I just can't wait to see what might get added next. As a MS patient and suffering from pain I would love to see a small indoor pool therapy at some point.

This gym has brought so much to Mannington! I am personally thankful that due to the offerings of this gym I finally have an opportunity to get my children involved in a tumbling class that I can accommodate as a busy working mom of 4- before this gym, the only opportunities were 30-60 minutes away from home and out of reach for my family’s schedule. Our community so badly needed the ability to have fitness opportunities locally!! So much good has been brought to our small town because of this establishment! The owners and employees are top notch and put a lot of work into making sure all their patrons (of all ages) have a great experience!!

There are variety of classes for everyone, no matter what restrictions or limitations you may have. All of the members encourage each other to reach goals and keep pushing to success. I have never been more comfortable walking into a gym. My sons and I feel like we have a "gym family" at North Peak. We try new things and share many laughs with members who have become friends.
North Peak owners, Cora and Dalton, are also valued members of the community. They always help with community functions and organize events to raise money for community projects. North Peak is an invaluable asset to our area.
