I’ve been a member at Planet Fitness for a while, but recently started participating in the training classes. My first work out class was a really positive experience. The trainer was friendly, encouraging, and created a great atmosphere. It made me feel comfortable and motivated to keep going.

Having such a large gym and only one stall available to use in the men’s bathroom is absolutely ridiculous! You have several men waiting in line. Unacceptable.

Tanning practice here should be illegal. does not supply the free eye protection stickers when you tan. They only offer the googles, which you have to pay $5 for, and have been out of stock for a minute now. Many other locations won’t LET you tan without these stickers, let alone just charge you for eye protection. I don’t think there’s any signs up, but tanning without eye protection is incredibly dangerous! They just let people go right in and don’t have any precautions! This can cause PERMANENT eye damage! If they’re not going to supply the protection, at the very least they need to not just let people through! I was excited to have this location closer to downtown but I guess I’ll keep going to cross lanes because this is unacceptable

While traveling, I stopped in for a workout. It's one of the bigger PF that I've been to. It seemed newer as they had a lot of older equipment which is something PF does in the beginning of a new location. However, they had lots of it.
The place seemed clean, though I never saw any of the staff cleaning which has been a staple of every other PF I've been to. Somebody is always wiping down something.
The tanning bed I used was an older model, but adequate. Nothing provided to clean up after myself, and the bed "hoped I enjoyed my results." But I couldn't tell since the room had no mirror.
Over all, this location was adequate for a workout and wasn't very crowded.

As a workout facility 5 stars. Now my own personal opinion i did not like the treadmills vs the cross lanes location. I dont like having to take my hand off the bar to change the incline or speed just alot easier to have it next to me on the hand holds. But overall great place. No redlight machine either. But still a great facility close by

This is one of the nicest PFs I've been to. I am a bit of a traveler, so I've used at least 30 different PFs in the last few years. It is worth the membership costs.

I think there used to be another one here, somewhere, but it wasn't anything like this one

Glad to have a gym so close to where I work. This is by far the nicest planet fitness I have ever visited It has a great variety of equipment, including a free weight section, and a very friendly staff. Highly recommend!

This place is a million times better than the Cross Lanes location. Staff greet you when you walk in. Everyone is in a great mood. They offer an awesome tour of the place and are able to answer any questions you have. Luke was awesome and personable while I was there today. He was so helpful and friendly. The Black Card Spa is so awesome too. The new chairs are so nice.
