I came here for a party and was not impressed. They were running the 1st party out of the room when we arrived for our event so everything was pushed back. They didn't even try to clean before shoving the next party in. Alot of damages to the building and floors. The floors were unlevel and a sticky mess. Staff was not friendly and looked like they were not happy to be there. They were arguing over who was going to mop and then the kid that got chosen just slopped around a dry mop and did nothing for the issue. There were holes in the inflatables and the pool noodles they had just need to be thrown out. They charge way to much for concessions and events to not put money back into the building.

We had my daughter’s birthday party at the KC location and had an excellent experience! The staff member, Javon, that hosted our party was amazing! The kids LOVED him! He participated in every activity he lead, brought the energy, and kept the birthday group entertained throughout the party. I would highly recommend requesting him to lead activities for your next event there!

Rented chairs from them for a dance party that I had. It was a easy process to rent from them. I have never given a bad review for anyone before, But when you own your own business you should be friendly to all of course with sincerity especially if you want people to use you for their business. My husband and I have a landscaping business and one of the quantum workers came out and was rude to my husband about some pieces of grass on their side of the property hitting the mulch. He was not even finished with the job yet, He tried to quickly explain to her as she was walking away that he was not finished yet and he was going to take care of it. Next time you’re rude to people try to remember these may be the same people that give you business. Which I’m not renting from them again because of it. This may sound petty but courtesy and professionalism go a long way.

If you go to any outside events with Quantum Sports & they have their bubble machine running ON CONCRETE. DO NOT LET YOUR CHILD PLAY IN THEM. We attended the Dunbar Fall Festival on Saturday September 21st and as soon as my 7yr old son stepped into the bubbles he slipped and fell and busted his eyebrow open on the CONCRETE they had this sitting on. You would think with it being soap and a water hose they would have some kind of cushion underneath it or have it sitting on a grassy area but they didn’t and my son had to face the consequences on what was supposed to be a fun day. Not for us, we ended up in the hospital with six stitches above his eye. We were never asked if he was OK they never asked if we needed anything. They didn’t even call for EMT. We had to find them ourselves. They were too busy sitting around on their phones and not paying attention to anything while my son was bleeding down his face. I think an attraction like this should have a waiver signed before you let your child enter. I seen so many other kids fall and come close to busting their tailbone. Be smarter Quantum Sports. These kids are getting hurt on your time.

I had my daughter’s birthday party at the Kanawha City location and was very disappointed. We booked the baseball room, and the big inflatable slide was dirty and filled with leaves. I did ask a worker to come try to clean it out but he never did. On the turf in the room was old used bandaids, the room was dirty and just looked as if it was falling apart. A staff member never came to play any of the three games we booked (I will say that the two staff members were swamped at the concession so I kinda understand how they weren’t able to get away to play the games) but still it would have been nice to do what I had booked. Overall I think the facility needs a major deep clean and updates. The inflatables need cleaned out before parties. I unfortunately don’t believe I’ll ever be back for another party.

Our family loves Quantum Sports in Hurricane. We have been having our children’s birthday parties there since 2018. Our most recent party was 10/7/2023. The staff were so helpful. They helped my husband and I unload our vehicle, and assisted us in decorating prior to the party. During the party, there were coaches on the field playing and interacting with all the kids and making sure everyone was having a great time. At the end of the party, the staff helped us take down our decor and load up our vehicle. The facility was clean and kid friendly. There were new inflatables (even a couple since our last party 2 months ago), and the kids loved the variety of activities available on the field. We looking forward to having our parties there every year!!!!

Paid for my daughter to have soccer training with their advertised TOCA machine. Never got to use the machine, it was constantly waiting for repairs. Book a younger daughter's birthday party. Previous party was given wrong time, running into our time. Was not able to setup prior to start time. Will never use their services again.

We had our son’s 13th birthday party here. We had a great time of inflatables, Nerf gun battles, and football. Brian did a great job leading the games and interacting with the kids. I highly recommend the sno cone, cotton candy, and popcorn package for the kids. They loved that part.

Good spot to play a soccer game or have a birthday party - especially during the winter. The field is in good condition and there is also a concession stand to purchase drinks and snacks. Although this isnt in the greatest spot in town, this isnt a dangerous area - besides it's tough to find an empty warehouse in a great part of town.

Nice indoor facility for youth camps and for various age groups. Nice value with instructional learning, and coaches adapt to each child.

One star docked for the behavior of some of the children, just minor bullying amongst kids. Coaches try to implement warnings/timeouts to keep the class structure but it falls short.

Don't waste your time having a birthday party there! The staff was rude. We were in KC, but the guy said he was from the Hurricane location. He kept telling me that I bought a lesser package than what I did. He ended up finally agreeing with me, but then I didn't get anything that was promised. We were rushed the entire time. I asked several times to hang up the pinata. I finally got him to do it 10 minutes before the end of the party and then he whispered to my husband, "you only have 5 minutes to clean up, you better hurry." First off, we were supposed to have 15 minutes at the end of the party to clean up. You also get 15 minutes before to set up. Those windows apparently overlap, because the next party was coming in before we even left. Dumb! There should be 30 minutes between parties, so one can leave and the next can come in. I felt so bad literally rushing all of my guests out of the door. I will never again waste $230 to go to that place! Totally unorganized! I also felt that it was too small to have two parties in there. It probably would have worked out much better, if there was one and you didn't have to take turns with everything.
