Studio 214 is one of my favorote studios to practice yoga. Both Bo and Sherri are warm and knowledgable teachers who will provide a lovely experience for you on your mat. One of my favorite parts of Studio 214 is how open and accessible it is to everyone. It is also versatile offering yoga, aerial yoga, Lyra and is simply a lovely little studio to visit.
