As others have written, it's been No Holds Gym for at least a couple of years now. Keith Barr is one of the best gym owners I've gotten to know. He's often there, giving that gym a gr-r-r-r-r-eat personal touch and knows all aspects of training. He treats you like family.

Now No Holds Fitness Center. Very well maintained 24/7 gym. Lot's of classes to participate in, or do your own thing with tons of free weights, cardio equipment, and workout machinery.

Love it!!!! Best Gym in Marion County. Very Clean!!! They're open 24hrs. They offer boxing🥊🥊, spin classes🚴🏾‍♀️🚴‍♂️,boot camp 🏋️‍♀️and personal training🤸🏽‍♀️. Very nice gym, always clean, great management, tanning beds are always clean and well kept, bathrooms and showers are always stocked and nice to have community items when you leave a hair tie or other products at home. Several different equipment to use and several classes to take. I always feel safe there when I’m there early hours in the morning since it’s 24 hours. Overall I love this gym and would recommend it to anyone, the prices are very fair too!!
