There is no other gym in Morgantown that encompasses a community in the way Warrior Body does. No matter where you are in your health & fitness journey, from first-timer to seasoned athlete, Warrior Body has something to offer you with a community of members and coaches who will both support you while holding you accountable every step of the way. As someone who is a runner, the group classes have helped me build strength to prevent injuries while also improving my endurance. Members range from as young as their 20s to members keeping themselves young up into their 70s! I love this gym and can't recommend it enough!

Warrior Body, Morgantown, WV is a great gym which offers hour-long classes at scheduled times. Micki creates classes that have different exercises everyday which keeps it interesting and challenging. Sometimes there are individual, pairs or group exercises that vary for each class. Exercises build upon previous exercises demonstrated. Warrior Body is for all ages and skill levels of fitness. Modifications are shown if needed. Coaches are skilled, encouraging and fun. Warrior Body is a great place to workout!!

Warrior Body is such a welcoming and supportive environment, whether you’re brand new to working out or have years of experience. Micki and the rest of the coaching team are incredible! They know how to push you through a workout while also making sure your form is on point. They’re always happy to offer modifications if you’re dealing with an injury or limitation (like knee issues), which makes every workout feel accessible. It’s the kind of place you can go to blow off stress or just feel like part of a positive community. I’d absolutely recommend Warrior Body to anyone looking for a group workout, plus, they offer semi-private and online options too!

I’ve been going to Warrior Body for a little over 4 years now, and I truly can’t say enough good things about it. The coaches (Micki, Janelle, Caitlyn, Jeremiah, Katrina, Amanda) — they don’t just lead the workouts, they push you to become your best, encourage you on the tough days, and celebrate your wins right alongside you. They’ve helped me grow stronger, both physically and mentally, and I’m so thankful for their support.
What really sets this gym apart is the community. From day one, I felt welcomed. The people here are friendly, motivating, and genuinely want to see each other succeed. It doesn’t matter your fitness level — everyone lifts each other up! I’ve made great friendships and always look forward to walking in the door.

Micki and the other trainers have created such a welcoming and safe environment. As someone who was never really into physical health, they have taught me all about the basics of body movement through strength training. I cannot recommend this gym enough. I joined in January 2024 as part of a promotional rate and decided to keep going. I had never been to a gym like this before and was really nervous, but everyone is so welcoming and helpful. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and demonstrate each exercise you do. There is no calling out “oh this person is new so I’ll show how this is done” nope. Every class each movement is demonstrated with instruction on how to hold your body and target the correct muscles. Give it a try if you’re on the fence!

Warrior Body has done so much for my physical and mental health! I like it because the workouts are planned ahead of time - all you have to do is show up!
The coaches are so helpful in explaining the workouts and proper form. They have been there when I struggled with my motivation or what foods I should be eating to fuel my body.
The community at this gym is the best! Everyone is so welcoming and supportive!

I have been a member of the Warrior Body family for over 4 years and I can’t imagine my life without it! I have met so many wonderful people there I now call friends and have become stronger mentally and physically. I attend classes at least 5 days a week and look forward to each new challenge. I have known Micki for over 10 years now before warrior body became a thing. I have watched her grow over the past 10 years and couldn’t be more proud! If you have never walked into a gym before and the very thought scares you, this is the place for you. Warrior Body offers a warm and welcoming experience.
I knew I needed the structure of a class environment and Warrior Body offers just that. I have set goals, met goals and set new goals, with the support and encouragement of this tremendous WB staff.
Coaches are invested in you and want to see you succeed and achieve your goals. They focus on correct body mechanics and lifting techniques.
No accomplishment is too little. We are always celebrating individual wins as a Warrior Body family. I have met so many people that I now call friends. I have lifted weight I never thought I could. Best decision ever!

I absolutely love Warrior Body!! Micki and all of the coaches are amazing and the coaches and members become part of your family. It’s great for all fitness levels, and when you have a busy life, all you have to do is show up and the workouts are written for you and the coaches help you every step of the way. Warrior Body is a great gym, with great coaches, but more importantly it is a great place to be. It is a welcoming and inclusive place that makes sure everyone knows they belong. There’s no culture of competition, no toxicity, no hierarchy of value. It is a good and safe place to actively better yourself, or to simply be around people who want to lift you up. In an environment such as this, the people working out beside you quickly become friends. Which I can’t say about any other gym I’ve been to.

Warrior Body has literally changed my life! I started out there several years ago as a member. I didn’t know a soul but was immediately welcomed and felt very much at home. The workouts are very well balanced and include so many different movements and implements. Micki inspired me to get certified as a health coach because I’ve always been so interested in fitness. Micki is an amazing health coach. Her Warrior Body program is the perfect way to challenge yourself. Even if you are new to working out, she can help you achieve things you'd never believe. Trust me when I say I didn't think I could flip a 200 pound tire. Turns out I totally can! Often times we let our mental state tell us what we can and can't do physically.
