In June I first started training with John with the goal of getting into shape. That goal soon changed to powerlifting. During our time I have not only gotten stronger and more fit but I have lost a total of 16 inches and have went from a size 13 to a size 10( a size I haven’t been into for 20 years!) and with a loss of 15 lbs. John has pushed me and encouraged me and is still instructing me on becoming the best power lifter I can be. If you’re wanting to lose weight, get in shape, become a power lifter or compete in body building, John is the way to go!!

I been a client of John’s since may of 2020, when I moved to the area. He helped me achieve one of my goals drop. I dropped 45lbs in 4 months and competed in a physique competition.There isn’t a personal trainer in the area that can come close to John’s experience and knowledge. Honestly if he was located anywhere else he could charge triple his rate. Strength coach, Toning up, weight loss, bodybuilding, diets. No matter what you are looking for he can get you there. It doesn’t matter your age or gender. If you become one of his clients the only thing you have to lose is the weight.

If you have personaL goals to achieve, then John is the trainer For you! He is very knowledgeable and knows how to keep you motivated. I have surpassed several plateaus during my time with wrecking crew training including new max lifts for bench, squats, and deadlifts. I have not only been able to get stronger but I have been able to remain functional, John knows the ins and outs of stretching to avoid injury. He even helped me slim down for swimsuit weather after hitting my strength goals! Wrecking crew training is the best all around training in my opinion as it has changed to fit my goals as they have shifted over time. The best part is he does not bully like some trainers tend to when motivating. John is great at catering to your intensity but keeping you going to make sure you give 100%.
