I walked into Zenergy Charleston 7.5 years ago, and never walked out, and I am stronger TODAY because of it! It quickly became my place to escape the every day responsibilities of life, and in turn allowed me to cross paths with a wonderful community who I am lucky enough to know and love. It’s so hard to find a place that makes you tick, gives you life, and reminds you to show up for yourself, but this somehow is it! I look forward to the daily grind, and am happy every day that Charleston has this thing that most cities do not have! If you are passing through, or if you live in town and have never given indoor cycling a “spin,” this is your sign to reach out to the amazing staff to get yourself signed up. No mirrors, dark room, likeminded people who hold each other up, talented instructors that do the workout with you, a welcoming Front Desk Staff, a stress free environment, and an EVERYONE IS WELCOME mentality, the best 45-60 minute cardio party around!

The powerful positive energy of the instructor was wonderful. The class kicked my backside but it was REALLY FUN nonetheless. It was my first time spinning and it's way different than road cycling but again it was a blast. Highly recommend!

Zenergy is a place that makes you feel awesome. It's a great workout. The people are absolutely wonderful full of energy and enthusiasm. I have never been to a place that makes you feel like you belong and want you there. The instructors are amazing and the front desk team are the bomb. Everyone is so welcoming. Can't say enough about Zenergy and how wonderful it is. So glad I took that first step through the front doors.

I'm a business traveler and a runner with an injured knee. I needed a challenging workout that I could do with my torn meniscus. I came to Zenergy and had a fabulous workout with Meg. High energy, positive support and great music. Meg and Casey at the desk were so friendly. Forget the hotel gyms! I'm coming here every day I'm in town.
