I initially brought my kids to a wellbeing space to keep their bodies moving in their off-seasons and help build-in some strength and agility training, as well. It has been awesome! They are learning to lift and move their bodies in a safe, structured, encouraging and positive environment. Dylan and Akaylah meet the kids where they are at. Whether it’s a kiddos who is a beginner or a higher level athlete with more experience, they adjust the programming to meet each individual’s needs. They have also created classes and programming for sport specific groups, which has been so helpful.
While watching my kids workout, I notice they offered adult classes. I joined a group as well! I’ve loved getting to continue my own fitness journey, while meeting a great group of supportive and fun people. As a person who has tried to stay in shape and move my body but struggled because parenting and life gets busy, it’s nice to have a place as supportive, attentive and fun as a wellbeing space. It keeps me accountable, connects me to other people in my community and keeps me moving.

I’ve experienced two of the coaches at A Wellbeing Space, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The energy at Jenn’s Saturday morning classes at Smash Fitness is amazing! Jenn is such a positive and supportive coach that makes each session fun and unique, adding challenges that push you no matter your fitness level.
I recently started working one-on-one with the owner, Akaylah, to address core issues lingering since I had twins 7 years ago. Akaylah made me feel so comfortable, explained everything in an understandable way, and created a program that’s challenging yet fits seamlessly into my regular workouts.
A Wellbeing Space is more than just a gym—it’s a place that truly cares about your health, fitness, and overall well-being. Highly recommend!

Akaylah brings thought and intention to every aspect of A WELLBEING SPACE. Akaylah and her team are amazing. It's a great space with lots of training options, it's clean, and everyone is friendly. Akaylah is a great trainer and always makes sure you're comfortable, and makes adjustments suited just for you and your goals and limitations. Highly recommend A Wellbeing Space!

I attended a boot camp at this facility and admittedly it was my first boot camp ever. I was so impressed with the space and the staff. I was welcomed right in, encouraged by the trainer, and felt so strong by the end of it. It was extremely clean and the owner clearly has an incredible love and understanding of the fitness industry. It made me excited to go again. I have been to many different gyms being picky about the right fit and I highly recommend this gym not only for the facility but for the energy and encouraging environment. It's definitely geared towards long term goals and self love.
