I was working out here a couple of months I think but in that time frame I loved it and Cortez was a great trainer then Dan fired him and that was the end of working out for me till I found a new gym.

Very grateful to have been referred to Dan first for Myopulse. Went through numerous treatments to help with my dual frozen shoulders. Dan then became my personal trainer to help me regain the full use of my shoulders. Training was going well. I was losing weight, getting stronger and healthier. Then I had a neck fusion surgery. He has been there to help with recovery and continued customized training for me for the past couple of years.

Can't talk Dan and his myopulse machine up enough. I delt with a horrible sciatic nerve for almost 3 years, Dan hooked me up to the myopulse machine and by the third visit my pain was literally gone, and it really changed my life. Thank you so much Dan.
