Alex is awesome! He took the time when making my workout program to ask what exercises I liked best and made it realistic to my gym set up and time commitment I could make each week. It was all extremely organized and all I had to do was just put in my weights each week. Not only was it easy to follow, but I’ve also seen great improvements in my strength and overall consistency since starting his program! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and will definitely be continuing with his programming when I’m done with my current program! Best experience I’ve had with a personal trainer by far

Alex is personable, thoughtful, and a great trainer. He is highly organized with workout routines, creating a zone where progress can be tracked efficiently and easily. It is clear that the program that he put together for me is in homage of my goals and (former) injuries. He patiently explains his methodologies without going overboard or losing me, a total newbie.

He also is also fast and clear when I write with questions, etc.

Super important: his website makes booking sessions super easy as there's no back-and-forth required. Simply, click and book! He is exceptionally generous with his schedule, leaving wide-ranging options open.
