I’ve struggled with constant knee pain while lifting from an old ACL surgery. I decided to book a session with Amped-up and wow did it change how I view and do my lifts!! Not only did they help me identify the areas of stress and tension but they showed me numerous movements to help decrease the tension & stress in my hips and glutes. This allowed me better mobility & stability while performing my movements. Gosh, they were so amazing! Also! They created such an amazing environment! I’d always recommend them to anyone!

Sarah and Nathan at amped up training are absolutely amazing! Super knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate about everything they do and you can tell they truly care about you as a person and want you feeling your best! As a cosmetologist I have a lot of stiffness & soreness in my neck/shoulders/upper back area and Nathan showed me different exercises to help keep my body aches at a minimum and gave me some helpful exercises that I can even do at home with the things I have around the house. Highly recommend for anyone who suffers with chronic pain and is looking for relief! Thank you both, you’re amazing!

Great Session!
We are a women's health and wellness group at UWEC and recently partnered with Sarah and Nathan. They took us trough a series of core stability/hip mobility movements to help ease back pain when working out. It was one of the most informative classes I have been to! They gave so many great tips on form and different stretches to better out workout performance. So fun to work with!

Best PT I've ever had! Nate is extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic! He went above and beyond with the thought and effort invested into our sessions. He is a very kind and caring person. I can feel that he truly cares about whatever issue I'm facing and he puts a lot of time and effort into helping me fix them!
He has helped to rehab and strengthen my weak points during and after my ultra running season 2025. With his help i was able to stay strong for multiple 100 mile, 50 mile and 50k races this year.

I can't say enough how much Sarah has helped me. From a back injury after a fall, to shoulder pain which resulted from overly tight muscles. Sarah was able to quickly identify issues and help me resolve them. The cost was very reasonable in exchange for all the relief I felt. While not a replacement for a medical diagnosis if needed, I know I would still be struggling with my pain if I had not corrected my muscles to react correctly.

Review update. I injured my shoulder moving a bunch of cinder blocks, in considerable pain for about a week thinking it would resolve on its own. Nate diagnosed not only the source of pain but the chronic condition that was setting me up for a re-injury. After one session, pain was lessened. After doing the homework for one day, I am pain free. I am amazed! Nate and Sarah are genuinely interested in seeing their clients' lives improve. All that for $60!?
Good luck finding a better deal. It would be cheap at twice the price.

I cannot express how grateful I am for the incredible experience I’ve had at Amped Up Training with Sarah. As a janitor, I've had more than a few injuries caused by repetition and for a long time I was just managing the pain until it went away. With Sarah and Nate's help, it's not managing injuries, it's preventing them. Stretches and exercises I've learned from them have helped me work in a painless way. I'm sleeping better, feeling better, and my pain reliever use is down dramatically. I cannot recommend them enough.

Sarah and Amped Up Training are truly exceptional! When I first came to Sarah, I was struggling with knee pain, especially on declines, and debilitating elbow/bicep pain, along with a few other lingering issues. I had been suffering with plantar fasciitis for well over a year. I had tried lots of things that didn't work, so I was skeptical to trying anything else. However, I was intrigued by Amped Up's philosophy so I thought I would try one last solution. I am so glad I did! I can't put into words how good it feels to not be in constant, daily foot pain anymore. As an added bonus, I learned proper form on certain exercises and my knee pain has decreased as well. I can't recommend them enough, and they are so fun to work with!

The training and injury recovery here is top notch. My strength recovery along with range of motion has improved dramatically in the few short weeks I have worked with Sarah. The care and attention to well-being is way beyond what I experienced in my physical therapy previously. Photos are from just a half hour session showing improvement in my range of motion after shoulder replacement surgery. Love this place and so happy they have their own new facility.
