We are passionate about inclusive personal training and serve up: pain relief, flexibility and balance training and strength training for all ages and abilities.
Our coaches are trained in applied neurology and corrective exercise, as well as cutting edge strength training methodology for building bone density, core strength, muscle tone and - most importantly - confidence!
