New management is a big upgrade then when they first started. They take the time to get to know each of their members. I feel like I can come here to workout and not feel judged. Honestly probably the cleanest gym i’ve been in very well kept. It’s always a laugh with Chris and Logan working I would highly recommend taking the time to talk with them and enjoy being at the gym.

Third off that old manager elizabeth is gone thank the lord. The new manager Logan is a hard worker and cares about his job and the people. Would Hoghly recommend

Elizabeth the manager. about a year ago she Gave me the worst experience ever felt completely humiliated the way she speaks to people is unhinged and unacceptable. I also feel like her coworkers don’t speak up because I have a feeling that she’s a higher manager in ranking. (I could be wrong) But just observing her coworkers, how they stay quiet when Elizabeth Is being a disrespectful manager.. That should probably not be working with the public. I feel really bad for Andrew the owner. He purchased this location not to long ago & to have a manager like that That’s representing your franchise in the worst way possible is so embarrassing for him. I wish there was a way I could get a hold of them directly. I know he purchased a lot of Anytime fitnesses around Delevan, Alcorn and Lake Geneva area. I wish there was a way for him to Know that there’s a manager named Elizabeth fisher or whatever her last name is. She is the reason why I don’t recommend anybody to go to that. Anytime, Fitness in elkhorn. And I truly feel bad for her coworkers, how they stay quiet around her. They should be able to get a hold of a district manager, or a corporate manager to report her. She’s just awful. Thankfully, I’m now at planet Fitness, and it’s been a wonderful experience ! It’s cheaper. You have more benefits. If anybody’s reading this review. Please go to planet. Fitness. I enjoyed this gym very much was having issues with my account and needed to figure out the problem theirs a lady named Elizabeth that works here who was very rude and unprofessional about the situation I came in to discuss the issue she made me feel very uncomfortable and told me nothing is wrong I just stood there confused she didn’t even offer me a sit or try to explain anything to me just said no your good bye basically… come to find out the issue was never solved instead of enjoying the gym which I paid all this money for to bring my account back because they told me I owed money my key would not work I was trying to figure out the issue once again but Elizabeth kept being rude. my husband even came in to get my new key and told me the lady was rude to him as well at this point I just canceled my membership this lady Elizabeth should not work in this type of establishment if she is gonna treat members this way.

I purchased a day pass so I decide on which local gym I wanted to join. The equipment is dusty which seemingly triggered my allergies, the bathroom I changed in made me really uncomfortable (waste basket near full and both a dirty sink and toilet), two empty spray bottles on the floor, and one staff member that I bought the day pass from on her phone when I walked in and when I left, and the other one jamming out in the other office. Gave it a star because there’s plenty of parking and looks nice from the outside. They do have newer equipment. Just needs to be cleaned real good.

DO NOT get a membership here. They trap you into the membership and when you try to cancel they will make you provide “evidence” that you are unfit to workout anymore, otherwise you have to pay a $250 early cancellation fee. They will not email you or give you a copy of your “contract”. They will say you can cancel at anytime when you first get started, but that is a lie. The FTC and lawyers will be getting involved. This is rediculus and so unfair. I have been trying to cancel for 6 months now.

I dropped in for 3 morning workouts when I was in Elkhorn visiting family (from the metro Detroit area). I needed a gym for a few days. I met with the manager, who was more the happy to accommodate me. She gave me a membership for a few days and it was excellent. The gym was clean and had enough equipment to suit my needs. The staff and clientele do a fantastic job of taking ownership of the building -- keeping it clean and making it a nice place for people to go. One of the trainers, Chris, reached out to me via phone after the first day to check-in. It was a great experience. In an age where customer service is deteriorating, this location's manager and staff did an awesome job to make me feel at home.

There’s a manager named Elizabeth Fischer here. Please be careful with her, do not engage in a conversation. She’s one of the most rudest people I’ve met. I was walking out, and I heard her conversation that she was having with a member(Priscilla Hatton), and the way that she was speaking to the member was completely unacceptable. She is the reason why I don’t go back to that location specifically, and if you are reading this Elizabeth, I know you know what I’m talking about. I still can’t believe that you spoke to a member like that, knowing that she pays a membership fee.. and for you to treat her like that is completely inappropriate. I have reached out to corporate and corporate has reached out to Andrew Gundlach Who is the owner, Elizabeth You should not be a manager. If that’s the attitude you’re gonna have with the members that go to YOUR gym. And for anybody that’s reading this. If you wanna get disrespected and treated horribly come to this location, and specifically ask for Elizabeth. She’ll give you a day to remember.

My name is Mark Welch and I started going to the Anytime Fitness gym in Lake Geneva WI. in the spring of 2023. The staff was great to work with. They were very friendly and fun to work with. They were also extremely knowledgeable and supportive of my personal goals.

When the new facility opened in Elkhorn WI. in April of 2024 I switched my membership to that location because I live in Elkhorn. I found the same fun and friendly attitude that I experienced in Lake Geneva.

At first I was following the same type of small class program I was doing in Lake Geneva and at some point I realized that I wasn’t progressing the way I wanted to. I spoke with the staff at Elkhorn and decided it would be best to switch to working one on one with a personal trainer.

I started working with Sarah Ottman in October of 2024. Not only is Sarah an excellent trainer she is also a certified nutritionist. After only a month of working with Sarah I have felt a definite change in my progress. She has customized my workouts specifically for what I want and need and I have been able to see and feel how affective they have been. Her advice and expertise on nutrition and fitness is taking me exactly where I want to go with my fitness goals.

If you’re considering joining a gym I highly recommend Anytime Fitness and would strongly recommend Sarah as your personal trainer. I look forward to continuing to work with Sarah and to where this journey is headed. I truly appreciate Sarah’s expertise, attention to detail, great attitude and support.
