The new staff has been great. Extremely clean place compared to the other gym just down the road. Left my wallet there and was returned to me with nothing missing. That says a lot about the clients and staff. Great gym.

I’ve tried to cancel more than once from Anytime. It’s been an incredibly shady experience. I live an hour away now and cannot get them to stop billing me. I’ve been assured emailing notice was correct and then found out I was still being billed a couple months later, and I could only cancel by mail. I get it together and send a mailed cancellation letter to the location and just found it my mail with (get this) a return to sender label that says “Anytime Fitness, moved left no address, unable to forward, return to sender”. I check my bank app and site enough, I was charged again several days after the postage date. I tried calling and the voicemail references dates from early October, which again makes me worry. What do I have to do here, arrange a half day off from work and drive an hour one way to Franklin to check if this place is still in business?

Terrible customer service. Mike, who must be the only office worker there, has no people skills at all. I canceled a membership in January and was charged for an additional two months after that. I have now been trying to get my refund from that for 2 months. Last time I called Mike completely blew me off and didn’t have any respect and hung up on me! I have been patient with them as he did inform me that he was new to the position when I initially started this refund process. However, I think the owners made a huge mistake hiring him on. He is rude, unhelpful, and doesn’t care about building this business up. I am still waiting on a reply about my refund. I’ve heard similar stories about this gym in particular. I’d advise going anywhere else.

A great and well maintained gym.

I use mostly cardio and they have a good range and availability of equipment to use.

The gym is big enough to have three solid work out areas - cardo, weights, and a calisthenics room.It is also the right size not to feel intimidated.

Management are approachable and responsive too...always a big plus at a gym!

Anytime has been amazing to me. The community at the gym is very inviting; there is a social chalkboard right as you walk in highlighting member achievements, social media tags of other members, and member feedback.
The gym is very well designed for your everyday person by being open 24/7 and having all the essential equipment without too many specialized, complicated machines.
Would recommend to anyone who goes to the gym with the intent to get their workout done as efficiently as possible, leaving time to spend the rest of the day as they desire.

Still trying to cancel my membership. Left messages and emails requesting to cancel, only to be ignored for multiple weeks in a row. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. You would think it could be as simple as "I no longer wish to use your establishment, could you please guide me through the cancellation process?", but no they'll ignore you and keep taking your money as long as possible. Completely anti-consumer, money grabbing tactic.

HORRIBLE PLACE! Went to sign up today and the employee saw me, opened the door, said "no thanks" and slammed the door in my face! I was on my lunch break so I was wearing a suit which should not make a difference in how someone is treated! Seriously WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Above and beyond. Always clean, always lots of space and the best racks, weights, cable machines, and cardio equipment of anytime's i've frequented with probably twice the free space and ceiling height that doesn't make you feel in the way at all times.

Joe and the owner, can't recall his name, run a tight ship. The staff is friendly and doesn't take up 5 areas while doing PT sessions.

I'll remember always when there was a power outage and joe and the owner manned the door, set out candles, played music on boomboxes, passed out water bottles and handed out flashlights for the changing rooms. These guys are great to work with and even though I've joined another "full service" gym I stay on with anytime for those days when a quick workout is all I can manage or when I travel.

This location SUCKS. I had a billing issue they used the wrong credit card after I told them it was a one time use. When I tried to explain to them what happened he FREAKED out began to yell at me and told me I'm trying to pull something over on them! This has happened more then once where the wrong card was used and he denied it even happening. I have a year contact so I had to let the issue go. Tanning is part of the deal I pay more a month for that.. Everytime I try to go it cuts my time in half.. or doesn't work at all! And the staff says sorry and this it. Really? The staff is unbelievably RUDE. If I pay 50$ a month I expect the equipment to work.!

So unbelievably irritated with this location. No respect when it comes to cancelling your membership. I called twice a week throughout the whole month of August to assure that September would be my last month with anytime as I could not afford the membership anymore. They kept saying "ya ya we canceled it, no payments will show up past September" and I repeatedly asked for them to either send me an email or letter confirming that September was the last month I would be charged- they kept saying "ya ya we will send something". Well nothing was ever sent and sure enough I was charged today (October 7th) again for an anytime membership that I was under the impression-WAS CANCELLED. To say I am irate is an understatement. I never write reviews online, but I feel so taken advantage of by this gym that I can't help but voice my opinion so no one else has to deal with this issue! UNREAL!

The best location I've used to date. Great balance between free weights, plate loaded machines, regular machines, and even a nice punching and speed bag for some cardio. Overall great place with Anytime kind of access but Gold's Gym type equipment options - Win Win!
