Edit a year later guess what still the worst anytime in the country I have been to. Let alone the failing equipment, just an example of the price you pay for your membership you get black mold with your shower.

After about 8 years, new owners doubled the price and removed some equipment. I wish this happened earlier cause I'm so happy I switched to Planet Fitness. Planet is way cleaner, more equipment, and 1\3 the price to use the gym nation wide. No contract!
Again, I'm so happy the new owners got me looking for a new gym.

I tried to cancel my membership and have had so many issues. They said I can only buy out which is $250, prove that I can’t go to the gym due to a medical issue, or show proof that i’m moving outside a certain mileage range from a branch. I never signed paperwork to sign up, but they’re claiming that it’s all in my contract (which i never signed). customer support has been no help and even though i tried to cancel my membership in April they have still been charging my card. don’t sign up here.

Think twice before signing up, there are other gyms. Gym manager Garret lied to me while signing up and didn’t mention $250 buyout fee for cancelling my 2-year price agreement early after I told him I was only planning on attending 2-3 months before moving. Said to just give 30-days notice. Never received copies of signed agreement. I’ve been trying to cancel for the last 2 months and working with District Manager Albert to explain the situation but stopped responding after 1 week. Customer service has been no help and response time is 5-7 business days per their email signature.

This location really needs help. They need a full cleaning. The floors were so dirty and there were no disinfectant wipes all of the containers were completely empty. With the rate they charge for monthly payments they should do better. With reading the other comments left about this gym looks like I'm not the only one noticing this issue!

DO NOT go here. Employees are incompetent. Signed up for a 7 day trial as offered on their corporate website to consider signing up after the trial period. Called to confirm availability and my pass for 7 days. Employee Garrett CONFIRMED twice. That I was fine to come and try out the facility, all I needed to do was come to their location and I would be set up. Upon my arrival, I am met by Garrett at the door told him I called earlier and am here to set up my pass for the week. He informs me that they no longer are offering this and “he just found out” they have my phone number and contact information, you would think a decent employee would be aware of this before and inform me. Not sure what the issue was but it is truly a waste of time. Additionally, from the looks of this place it is half a gym if that, if you are a serious avid fitness person this is subpar do not waste your time here.

Plenty of equipment, stretching area small but plenty of mats. The whole gym could use a good floor to ceiling cleaning te remove dust and debris on the floor. Convienient and plenty of parking and not very busy early morning!

If you get a membership plan on keeping it because you won’t be able to cancel. I had tried multiple times to contact them to cancel my membership and got no response back. I contacted customer service and they told me there was nothing they could do and to contact the gym since each one is independently owned. I had to contact my bank to cancel the payments going through. Once I did that then I started to receive phone calls and emails from them. Would not recommend anyone to this gym. Very unprofessional

So, it's 6:35am and nobody is here. I was told there would be someone here to speak to at 6am. I've been waiting since 5:50am. I am supposed to be starting a free trial today, but it looks like I'm never coming back to this anytime fitness again. Waste of time and energy. I would have asked someone to hold the door open for me to just go in and work out, but I figured someone would show up at around 6am to help me, so I didn't have anyone hold the door. Now there's nobody here at all. I'll just go back to my old gym even though it's farther away.

I don't remember ever being told it was a 2 year contract signing up for this gym. I moved and tried to contact them about canceling and they never got back to me, even to tell me they couldn't cancel. Now I have lived across the country since August! This gym still has never contacted me back about canceling, and now they have a debt collector after me for hundreds of dollars! Went in for a tour with the intention of joining as I live only a few minutes away and this gym is TINY. Barely any free weights and subpar machines. This is what I would expect from a gym at a hotel/motel, not a major chain. Absolutely not worth the money they are asking.

This gym is a good one. I should know, I used to own it. The new ownership are fitness people that walk the talk. They are quality people that offer a quality service. They only have the top equipment brands and keep the place nice and clean. If you are near the South Side of Racine or North Side of Kenosha or live in Summers and you are looking for a gym, I guarantee this is the best near you.

This is not a bad gym. If you are looking for a 24 hour place to work out, that’s fast and convenient. This is it.

However, they do have various cons/downfalls.

Firstly they offer paid services on top of their monthly fee. One of them is being able to play your music in the gym out loud. Sounds like an awesome perk right? Well it is, only that 50% of the time the music is at about 20% volume so you can’t even hear it... I have personally spent 40$ worth of credits to play my music. But half of the time either you can’t connect to Rockbot (the application to play the music) or again you use your credits to enjoy your music and no one knows how to at least turn the volume up a little bit. You would think after spending 40$ on top of your monthly subscription they would try to assist you so you can listen to the music. The answer I got was we don’t know how to turn the volume up that’s on the manager. It’s been various times and at this point I’m disappointed. Do not purchase add ons from here because they cannot deliver.
Staff is either not well trained or just don’t care to help.

Again this is a service I am paying for yet I don’t get to enjoy it.
