BEWARE! Predatory payment scam from this company is disgusting!!! I cancelled my gym membership a full year ago. Suddenly I have a “debt collector” calling me saying I owe them $400!! I paid for a FULL YEAR and never went there, then cancelled. And now they put this on my credit report saying I haven’t paid. BS and predatory behavior - I would guess there will be a lawsuit. They can see I haven’t even been there in 2 years. I will be reporting to every review website and the BBB!! As well as contacting my local representatives. Shame on them, this is disgusting behavior.

terrible satanic and \ or vulgar rap music blasting...staff are little kids with no sense of customer service, extremely rude ....limited machines no stair master, no crunch or back machines....manager states if you don't like the music find another gym....seniors are completely ignored....members often just sit on machines and management will not intervene, staff simply stay in their little offices and play video games,,,,observed every time I used this "gym"..dirty bathrooms, showers don't work, no soap..stay away..staff makes no effort to train neophytes on the use of the few machines.....saw elderly woman injure herself..staff could care less...they are hardly there..would give 0 stars if possible.

Overall the gym is new but the Manager is rude and not willing to help with anything at all. Keeps giving me the run around. He truly needs to find a new place to work for that doesn’t deal with customers. I say avoid this anytime fitness and go elsewhere until they find a new more helpful manager.

Even with the disruption of the recent improvements to the club, this is still a wonderful fitness experience. The staff and trainers are amazingly knowledgeable (also friendly).

Until the past summer, I had been a member at the Lake Geneva YMCA. As much as I liked supporting my community as well as myself with my "Y" membership, Anytime Fitness is, hands-down much more of a supportive community than I had ever experienced in all my years at the local Y.

Better equipment, well-trained, knowledgeable staff, I haven't regretted my move for a moment. Add to that the incredibly one-on-one, personalized training that I'm receiving from Courtney Psenicka, and I wish I would have made this move a long time ago!

I am a part of a different Anytime Fitness location but when I came to workout in the Lake Geneva location I had an amazing experience. The staff at this location were very friendly and helped answer all of my questions. The manager Bastian helped me with my Evolt scan and explained everything in great detail. Highly recommend this location.

Joined Any Time Fitness to rehab 2 knees from Bi-Lateral knee replacement surgery. None of the TV's work on the Ellipticals or bikes. The sad thing is the staff doesn't care!

Clean and tidy gym right off the freeway - very convenient! They have cardio (including treadmills, stationary and recumbent bikes, ellipticals, and a stair machine), a fully equipped weight room with two squat racks and a smith machine (also a cable and corner cable), weight machines of every sort, and a group fitness room with Wellbeats virtual fitness classes (with spin bikes and all equipment needed for any class). The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend checking this place out!

Great facility. New equipment. Like all similar facilities it is small, but has everything you might need for a good workout from cardio to free weights. There is limited space for olympic lifts but it can be done.

Yes, the gym is small and it gets fairly crowded between 4pm-7pm during the week. Yes, the staff isn't the most interactive but I don't go to a gym for their staff. I've never had any issues with them. They were very approachable when I needed them. It's more of an adult crowd in there so most people who come in there wipe the equipment down and put their weights away. Good gym etiquette for the most part. The equipment is everything I need for every muscle group so no complaints there. Could use heavier kettlebells for goblet squats but no biggie. I pay $38.95 a month and have been a member for over 2 years, no complaints.

Be cautious with 5 star reviews on here. The place is entirely way too small and the layout is terrible. Staff is a joke and is hardly around and when they are they are either hiding in the office or walking around on their cell phones. Free weight area is so small that you are almost touching shoulder to shoulder if two other people are there as well. I have been to Anytimes that are way better, bigger, and the staff walks around and is actually involved with it's members. You are better off joining the Y

Update: 6/28/17 - Went to give it a try again after I cancelled my membership last year. Nothing has changed, still terrible. It's comical that all the good reviews on here are from friends of the owner or trainers. Jennifer Haumschild is a trainer there and couldn't be anymore bias in her review. The place is so small and overcrowded that it's no longer worth the thirty sum dollars a month compared to other bigger facilities with more amenities near by. Staff there is still hidden during scheduled hours. The owner does work out there, but it's on his own time off of scheduled hours with headphones on, so you tell me if that's someone who is working out with customers or not. Free weight area is still jokingly small and the layout is horrible. Two or three people in this area and you are standing shoulder to shoulder. The machinery is ok, but outdated by today's standards. Again, small and overpopulated and you will have to wait for machines. The screenroom in the back of the facility would be great if the facility was big enough to support, instead it monopolizes almost a third of space that is very rarely used. If it is used it could be booked by one person if that person wishes and therefore you have one individual using almost a third of your facility while others are smothered together in the remaining space. My conclusion after trying it out again is that it is what it is and it isn't going to change. There is no room to grow where this facility resides, so don't expect anything different anytime soon. As far as the staff, wouldn't put much into that as well. The owner obviously doesn't want to work that often or provide any service to it's paying customers, as you can tell by the staffed hours(a joke because it's during low traffic times that not a lot of people would be going to work out or could work out). Try calling there and getting information or leave a message and having someone call you back. My suggestion is to try some other places around town, you will be better off.

This location is small. They need a stair master. Which is a total must for a gym, in my honest opinion. They need to find better equipment cleaning stuff. I think it's annoying that we have use towels and spray. But they do have towels to wipe your sweat off. The gym needs to step up its game.
