Anytime Fitness- Monroe is the best place to be for reaching your fitness goals. I really enjoy my coach. She does an exception job leading us through the warm-ups to the work out itself. Keeping an eye on form and technique to ensure we are doing the exercise correctly and keeping us motivated. She is thoughtful and checks in with us at the beginning- seeing if there are aches or pains, things to be concerned about and is always willing to provide several ways to do the exercise with adaptations if we shouldn't be able to do the exercise as presented. And to be fair, it is really the entire team at this Monroe location. The whole group is really exceptional. Kind. Friendly. Encouraging. So incredibly happy I joined this last fall. I feel so much better.

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH MONROE WI ANYTIME FITNESS.All they want is YOUR money and will charge your card for “new equipment” without even telling you. They also will not go over how you CANT CANCEL under contract. The Gym itself is TINY AF and the equipment is awful. It is very hot inside and cluttered. Definitely will be taking my money to the YMCA from now on. This place is a JOKE! DONT COME HERE!

I love going here. The gym is always clean and well maintained but the staff is what makes this place great! They are positive and encouraging and work with you to meet your goals. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to start or continue on in their fitness journey.
Update as of 3/24/23: I had several months where I couldn't go to the gym because of personal reasons, and staff teachers out to me to see that everything was ok. When I came back in, they took the time to welcome me back and catch up. The staff here are wonderful.
