Anytime Fitness in New Berlin has been my home gym for 2 1/2 years now and I love it! They remodeled it last year, opening it up nicely. The manager, Jason is knowledgeable, kind, informative, and keeps this gym very clean and running smoothly. Lisa is their new staffed personal trainer there in New Berlin and she has classes several times a week for those who want that one on one session for their workouts. She's very friendly and will help you reach your goals. I used to personal train many individuals at a different gym in the past and I can say from my years in experience with helping others... that Lisa and Jason both know their facts and will help point you in the right direction. Anytime Fitness is a very positive atmosphere and is all about motivation. I recently moved to Mukwonago yet I still come in to New Berlin and choose this gym to do my grind every single day because of the management team here. Highly recommend Anytime in New Berlin!!

showers all ways too cold--none of the voice mails said if they were even open thanksgiving, meaning that anytime dont care about customers needs just like they don't CARE 1 BIT ABOUT CLEANLINESS!!! PLACE IS SO FILTHY & THEY NEVER EVER CLEAN THE SHOWERS! The staff sit there and are either snotty rude or playing on the computer, tablet or other device, like a phone, and never not ever do you ever [!!!!!!!!!}see anyone mopping!! if 50% of us oorganise a qiut movement --they will wake up very fast!

When I first moved to New Berlin, I had an Anytime Fitness membership and started going to the one in New Berlin. It was always clean, they had little extras available just in case you forgot something. (Spray deodorant, tissues everywhere, shampoo, hair spray, hair twisties, and even feminine products) I felt like they really care about the members well being and wanted to make sure they were happy. Then they sold it. The new owners do not care. The place is dirty, the equipment is in need of service. Half the time the TVs on the cardio machines don't have the channels they should and the headphone jacks barely work. I come to that gym almost very morning to run and watch the morning news. I do not think it is too much to ask for to have the place clean and the equipment working correctly. There are much nicer gyms in the New Berlin area. I suggest going to one that cares. I know that I am going to.

So frustrated with this club and lack of professionalism by the owner. I purchased personal training sessions when I joined the club, used them weekly until my trainer was abruptly let go without being able to finish her purchases seasons with her current clients. I have been trying to get refunded by the club owner for those unused seasons for weeks now and have yet to get my money back. The owner, Lawrence, just laughs it off whenever I call him like it's no big deal. All he cares about is taking your money. At first it was going to be a check refund, but that never came. Then it was going to be a few free months at the gym to cover the cost and I'm still got charged my monthly fees. I shouldn't have to work so hard to get refunded the money for unused training seasons.
The club looks nice when you tour it, but the equipment is starting to look in rough shape and needs updating. The bathrooms have been out of toilet paper on multiple occasions and garbages full.
Don't waste your time at this club. When my contract is up, I am high tailing it out of there!

Was a great gym for several years after it opened. Equipment is worn out and the place is dirty. They started painting a few weeks by priming the walls and just stopped.

I am newish to the area and was out and about looking for a gym that was at least accommodating... I stumbled across this anytime! Love the staff, they are always smiling, and the people who workout always happy. Even the "Jugheads" and Muscle Bounds are good to chat with and enjoy having a fun time while there are there. I would recommend this Anytime to Anyone :D See you there.
