Shady business practices. Locking you into a contract without your explicit knowledge when becoming a member. Trying to cancel your membership due to price hikes without your previous consent can’t be done until you payout the rest of your contract. Additional unauthorized charges on your account without notice were stated to be business “improvements”? Gym memberships should be seamless and transparent. Hope this helps anyone reading this.

The WiFi has been down for over two to three weeks now, with signs saying “it’ll be resolved soon” when is soon? The TVs got switched so now you can’t even change the channel to watch what you want. The main personal trainer is never there anymore, due to the WiFi, staff are never working and always in Onalaska. How can we rely on a good gym if stuff never gets fixed, and there’s no one there to hold accountable? How can we have our training sessions and one on ones if the trainers are never there? How can we ask questions if workers are never there due to the wifi? How long is the wifi going to be down?

Join a gym for heart health and flexibility as the years add up. AF offers a variety of equipment, training expertise, classes and friendly environment for working out. Equipment is well maintained and the workout areas are spacious. I'm happy to have such a great place to exercise.

Decent size gym and a fair amount of equipment. Would be better if they maintained their cardio equipment better. I'm pretty sure an elliptical was scheduled for a new belt over 6 months ago and never got fixed.

Took a tour..Tiny weights tiny gym i noticed people were shoulder to shoulder when working out.I think the owner spent all his money on the cross fitness room instead of getting more dumbbells and more machines. I heard the Cross fitness room doesn't even get used. Gold's gym got everything you can imagine for machines.. honestly what kind of owner just has one set of dumbbell I would expect this in somebody's garage

This is the first negative review I have ever written. Turned a us over to a collection agency with no notice after we put membership on hold for 6 months as my husband was told we could do when he joined as we are snow birds. Multiple calls went totally unanswered. This seems like a very poor business practice. Use caution and make sure to get everything in writing.

Clean facility, on demand video workouts of varying lengths, free weights as well as machines... they pack a lot in to this place for the money. I've been a member for three months and am very happy working out, here. They remember my name. I've gotten a birthday card from them. And they give out free bananas! I have not used any of their coaching packages, and cannot speak to them. Overall, I'm extremely pleased here and have no problem recommending it highly.

I have been a member of Anytime Fitness for over 5 years. I switched from Onalaska location(same owner) to the West Salem location as soon as it opened. It is amazing! It is clean, safe and welcoming. Most days I'm there before the staff gets there, but when I do meet up with them they are very personable. They always ask "how things are going, what can they do to help, is there anything I need"... Customer service is the top priority!
The club offers so many aspects of wellness equipment. There's cardio, strength training machines, free weights, trx, and a studio to choose video workouts. Plus the Zumba, yoga, and boot camp classes. A trainer is there to provide assistance or personal training sessions for an extra fee. They provide monthly workouts to give you options to change up your routine. They also have a hydromassage and a tanning bed if you choose to add that to your membership.
I can't say enough about this Anytime location. I highly recommend this gym and wish I could rate them higher than 5 stars.
