Good place awesome but I was trying to call to cancel cause I have a somewhat of a home gym/work place gym but nobody answers the phone I have left a voicemail 2 times I am really busy so couldn’t make it there to cancel in person and now I receive emails saying I never reach out and that they are still charging my card

God awful gym. Moved to whitewater after living in my hometown for 22yrs. We had an anytime fitness there which was amazing so I figured all anytime’s were similarly good condition. Boy was I wrong. For the people giving this place good reviews, I invite you to take a trip to Richland Center, Madison, or Wisconsin Dells to see what an anytime fitness should look like. I’ve visited 20+ of these locations all over the US and never seen one that I couldn’t even finish my workout in without walking out.

Gym isn't very big like some other anytimes. Also the want 100 a month with limited space and equipment. Ymca just down the road is 45 a month and you get access to wayyyy more. Don't waste your time or money at this location.

This gym is so dirty. They blocked off a few cardio machines for social distancing and never cleaned them, they had so much dust on them you could write your name. Tiny location. You have to wait for nearly every machine you want to use. The worst part is Management. Total nightmare. They make it nearly impossible to end your membership. You feel like you are stuck in a scam. You need to hunt them down to ask for an email address, then you send a request to cancel your membership to a 3rd party in a different country….but good luck finding anyone working to give you the information in the first place. I have had an anytime membership at other locations and have had ZERO issues and give them great ratings. I’m surprised the company lets this location exist. It’s like the armpit of all gyms.

No staff presences. Equipment doesn't get cleaned regularly. No vending machine. No dedicated core workout machines. No exercise classes. No one to ask questions when there is a problem. Maybe I'm use to a certain standard because my last anytime was run down but had most of the things I named here, but to bare the name but come up so short is amazing. Located in a college town with active students and lacks so much.

lots of necessary equitments that other anytime fitness have are missing here. They also situated all the lifts in a small cramped area which created a busy corner in this gym. At every night, you can always spot at least three males occupying this corner which left you no choice of working out.

I've visited or used over a dozen Anytime Fitness locations and this one is by far the worst. It's small , has limited equipment and is very dirty and rundown. The roof leaks when it rains hard, and buckets need to be put down to catch the water. There's brown watermarks all over the ceiling to prove it. The machines are perpetually coated in dried sweat and grime, and the free weight area is covered in dirt. Half of the free weights are bent and crooked, and some of them so much that you can't use them safely.
Due to the gym's small size, on weeknights it's full, and you often have to wait for some machines. The location is missing several machines that I see as essential, including a pull down machine, and calf machine. Half the time, the gym smells like chimmichangas since it shares a wall and apparently ventilation with the Mexican restaurant next door.
Even though my wife and I live four minutes from the location, we both drive out of our way to work out at different locations, in order to get a proper workout and avoid contracting a disease.
I wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone.

Just started, the staff is really friendly and down to earth. I like the atmosphere, it is clean and simple. I signed up for the personal trainer and he pushes me to work to my potential. My hope is that I will meet my fitness goals and continue living healthy.
