This is such an inviting studio and I am really excited about it being part of the community! Jess's classes are not only a great workout, but happy and uplifting. She does a great job explaining the different movements and modifications so anyone at any level can benefit. She's glad to answer any questions and is very helpful with individualized modifications for those who need them!
