Calaya is awesome!! There’s no cookie cutter approach here. She developed an overall fitness program in collaboration with me, tailored to my specific goals. Extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the health spectrum: nutrition, flexibility, strength, high intensity interval training, coordination, you name it! Workouts are fun, ever changing and extremely effective. In 5 weeks of training with Calaya, I’m already down 2 pant sizes and feeling great!!! Calaya is fantastic! She is a great trainer and wellness coach. I love her workouts because she is creative and fun. It’s never boring to workout with her. She is very knowledgeable. Calaya is amazing to work with, I always leave my workouts feeling like I did some WORK! The workouts she puts together are never the same, so I always have something new and exciting to try and it doesn't get boring. She listens to what you like and what you dont like so that she can alter the workout for the next time.
