Pretty good gym! I have been going here for a year and a half, up to 5 times a week and at least twice.
Let's get the negatives out of the way...
Too many people wanting to talk to you while you are working out. Not to sound like a jerk and maybe this is not a negative for a lot of people but I more want to exercise than fraternize. My unwillingness to participate in conversations with an ear bud in and a mouth guard on has gotten me some nasty looks and the occasional rude comment they did not think I could hear (long hair covering the ear that isn't wearing an ear bud lol). This is small town stuff though and not at all the fault of the facility. Just something to be aware of if you are an introvert or just not too interested in getting to know a lot of older people.
As for the gym itself, they can be a bit slow to addressing things. I have seen machines out of commission, leave town and come back and they still have not ordered a part and things are not fixed for awhile, or the hot water heater being down for some time and this being the primary place I shower... well, let's just say that was a bad 10 days at the gym, hahaha.
The staff are fine, I have barely interacted with them but they are fine.
I actually came here religiously when it first opened in the late 2000s and early 2010s when I was in middle school (am 30 now) when it was owned by Dwayne Truhlsen. Some things have changed but it has mostly stayed the same, this is not a negative, and the things that really did need changing received updates, including the long overdue sauna. I never use it, but, I know how appreciated it is by the other gym goers.
It is always easier to talk about the negatives than the positives but I will try to run down the things I appreciate...
Not much competition for machines, people are generally courteous about that stuff too.
24/7
Bathroom is well maintained and is basically like a full bathroom you would find in a home sans tub, so, it is a comfortable place to undress and shower if you want. There is enough variance in the stuff they have here. Sometimes I wish I could use equipment that isn't here but it is rare.
Overall, 4.5/5, but I can't do half stars. Would recommend this gym to anyone, especially if you don't mind small talk like I do!

The equipment was messed up a few days. They didn't seem to notice. Otherwise it's clean neat and organized. It would seem their treadmills are out of order quite frequently. At least the ones that work well. Probably they need updating.

Conveniently located, open 24 hours, clean, neat - all round great facility. A large number of options available from treadmills, elliptical, Zero runner, seated elliptical, recumbent bikes, etc that are easy to use for all levels of fitness and activity. Lots of weight machines, shower, lockers, etc. Nice staff, helpful and available most days.
