Decided to check out a new gym. Couldn’t even get in. Tried to call to get an appointment and there is a calling restriction and won’t allow me to even call. -Lost Business-

This is not a gym anyone should spend their money at. After giving the owner, Tanner, my notice of moving with a copy of my lease, to verify and returning my key fob, I was still charged the following months membership fees. Along with additional hidden fees with no notice. Moving to gym edict. There is a member who walks around proudly flaunting his WHITE supremacy tattoos. Not once was he asked to cover them. It makes the gym environment uninviting for any black or brown person to workout comfortably. I have been going to this gym Mon - Friday every week for @ 6 months now. On one occasion I brought my 9yr old son with me on a Sunday with low gym traffic. The place was basically empty at the time. Tanner, the owner informs me children are not allowed in the gym. The following Monday during peak hrs for this location the same owner, Tanner is walking around the gym carrying a baby. With them is his infant boy running around the free weights like a playground. If my 9yr old cant come in and do a couple stretches n bike with me why can his child run around endangering not only that child but anybody who might not see a small child laying next to the squat rack or incline bench during a routine. All in all just a bad experience with biased owners who bend the rules but only for people who look, walk, and talk like a White man.

This gym is FANTASTIC, the staff are very friendly and personable. Tanner and Brooke and baby Porter do there absolute best to get to know the people that walk thru the doors. I have personally expierenced Tanner and Brooke say hello and good bye by using the people's names.
The gym is always clean and well taken care of! Tanner is always looking out for deals to bring in more equipment for us to use. They will work with everyone so that the people can come to the gym ( money wise/ or lack thereof) they just want to help as many people out, and the different circumstances each individual may have.
Sincerely,

Body Works is a great place to work out, tan, or take aerobic classes. I really enjoy working out here because the free weight section is kind of separated from the elliptical, treadmills, stair climbs, and glider machines. This is nice because i don't need to see or listen to the meat heads lifting free weights. They also have a bunch of TV's and Free Wifi! There is a sauna in the mens/womens room and the mens is usually @ 160degrees and if you dump water on it you are about to sweat away the pounds. I really this place because the owner is very serious about making the customer happy, any business that cares about the customer will always win.
