Burn Boot Camp in Holmen is and always will be the best thing I've ever done for myself. They say "it's more than just a gym" and it truly is. The community is like nothing I've ever experienced anywhere else. The guidance from the trainers has been so much more than helpful. I've been working out at burn for almost 2 years now but when I started I had no idea where to even begin. I had never been to a gym and was never into fitness. I would 100% recommend Burn Boot Camp Holmen to anyone looking to start, continue or enhance their health and wellness journey. I have always felt welcomed, supported and challenged from day one, being part of an amazing community with top notch trainers and continuously changing workouts. It is truly personal training in a group setting which allows the trainers to meet you where you are at on your journey. Anything can be modified so each person can remain safe and still get a beneficial workout. The included focus meetings with our trainers are also very helpful to discuss and recieve guidance on nutrition, goals, any limitations, etc. When our kiddos were younger, the included childcare option was a huge draw for me as well, taking one less worry off my plate on how to fit workouts into my busy life as a mom of 3. Burn has helped me over the years become more confident in myself and my abilities but also to become stronger in other areas of my life like being a better wife, mom and employee. Anything new can be scary and I was nervous to walk through that door the first time, but I am forever thankful I did. You never know until you try. 😊

I highly recommend Burn Boot Camp - Holmen for anyone that is looking to be encouraged by an incredible group of trainers and a community of people that will push you beyond where you ever thought you could go. I joined at the beginning of January as part of a 4-week promotion thinking it would teach me a few things and get me back into my old routine of daily exercise. Burn in Holmen is so much more than a place to workout, it's a place to feel home. I started burn years ago. I had to step back for almost a year due to health reasons. Update 5/5/1023: I’ve been with Burn Bootcamp for 4 years! It’s such an amazing part of my day! The trainers are supportive and push you when you need it most! The focus meetings are great for checking in and focusing on your goals. My girls also love going to child watch when they have the chance and the kids camps they put on every so often!
The positivity and support from the staff and other members is unmatched and something I didn’t realize I needed so much! Thank you for being such an AMAZING gym!!
Update 1/30/2020: I’m still going strong at Burn Bootcamp and my healthy lifestyle almost a year after starting Burn Bootcamp in Holmen! This is the longest I’ve stuck with anything related to working out and being healthy, and I have Burn de Bootcamp and all the amazing people I’ve met along the way to thank for it! I look forward every morning going in to camp!

After my second pregnancy I was at my largest and it did not feel good. I have worked out in the past but came life and I had stopped. 4 months post pregnancy I joined Burn. One year later and I feel incredibly confident because of what Burn has given me. There are some days I still feel nervous walking to the Burn door but once I take one step through it, I’m greeted with huge smiles and feel so welcomed. The energy is amazing! And on the floor, during those tough workouts we’re all dying a little bit inside lol there is zero judgment. The best part is when my girls watch me through the window. I started with just a 30 day trial and didn’t stop there. The trainers are amazing and every member amazes me with their physical strength. It’s awesome to be surrounded with such incredible and like minded people. You are strong, and you can do this too!

Burn Boot Camp Holmen is so much more then just a gym. It's 45 minutes of "me time" with phenomenal trainers who encourage you to be your best self and members who are accountability partners and become great friends!
I would not call myself a "gym" person and never knew what to do when I would go "work out" at the gym. When Burn came Holmen I though why not give it a try. The fast pace 45 minute trainer let workouts were just what I needed. It did take me a few challenges to finally commit, but I'm so glad I did and haven't looked back!

Where do I even start? I needed Burn in my life so much sooner than the beginning of this year but I am so happy I stepped through those Burn doors when I did because my life has changed so much in such a short time and I have my Burn fam to thank for that! I joined Burn with the intention to gain a workout routine and then stop after my trial was up but I knew after day 1 that I’d be a lifer. I hadn’t really worked out in a couple years since having 2 kids but I never once felt judged for where I was in my journey because we are all out on that floor for the same reason- to become a better version of ourselves TOGETHER💪🏼 I came for the workouts but I have stayed for the community! I’ll admit it: I was so skeptical. After all who among us hasn’t heard about countless programs that offer to help you slim/lose/fix something? Burn is different. The emphasis is on forming healthy habits, growing stronger mentally and physically, and working to better yourself wherever you are. There is encouragement and support for everyone regardless of size, age, or ability. As a busy parent there’s a distinct joy in showing up knowing everything is already planned and set up with numerous times to fit it into my day. I have never remained so consistent in moving my body and I have experienced a myriad of benefits: better sleep, better mood, better posture, better energy (and some new friends). I joined about a month ago. I started with a 7 day trial, and to say I was scared is an understatement. Gyms can be intimidating!
After the first day, I was so excited to go back (even though I was sore 😂), went to next 5 camps, and when my 7 days were up I signed up for a membership.
Burn is so welcoming and inviting. Everyone is so friendly from the minute you walk in the door. The trainers push you and encourage you. If you struggle through a rep, the trainers help you modify and the other camp-goers cheer you on. It has been so refreshing being around POSITIVE and HAPPY people.
The workouts rock. The trainers are awesome. Everyone I’ve met at Burn has been pretty amazing. No matter your level of “fitness”, I encourage you to come and try burn. I’ve never seen a more inclusive and welcoming atmosphere!

I have always made some form of working out a priority in my daily schedule- running, yoga, Pilates, HIIT, etc. When Burn announced they were opening a location in Holmen I was excited! At the time I didn’t know many people who were members at other locations, but they ALL said if I did try it I’d be hooked! Several of my neighbors and I joined the 6 week trial when it opened and I have been going ever since!
I got hooked just like others said I would for several reasons! I love that I don’t ever have to think of which kind of workout I’m going to get in for the day. It’s like not ever having to think about what’s going to be for dinner! I just have to show up! They offer so many times that it works for everyone’s schedule.
I also love that the Burn workouts are designed to improve all parts of our body! Each day focuses on a different area(s). This is definitely one component I lacked before Burn. I used to think if I wasn’t sweating or my RPE wasn’t at least an 8, then I wasn’t working hard enough. So not true! I’m so much stronger and have more toned because of the strength component that Burn offers.
The last reason I enjoy Burn so much, besides the amazing trainers and staff, is the accountability piece. I am that person that needs someone to hold me accountable to get a workout in. I used to need a friend to run with. If they bailed, I typically wouldn’t go. I’d find an excuse. Now, I will still go to a camp if one of my friends I typically go with chooses not to go because I don’t want to let my Burn crew down. People will notice when you don’t show up to a camp and I LOVE that! You become so supportive of each other and look forward to working out with your crew.

Burn Boot Camp really cares about each member and goes above and beyond. When I have not been to camp, they reach out to me to see what they can do for me. I tend to need help with lots of modifications and they are great with that, and they are encouraging. They also work with balancing nutrition and exercise.

Burn is more then a gym it’s a community of people who all have one common goal to work hard and become stronger everyday! I love💙BurnBootCamp! I have been showing up there daily since Burn owned its doors in Holmen 2 years ago. At that time, I wouldn’t of considered myself a “workout person”. I started with the free trial to get myself in a “little shape” for an upcoming trip to Mexico. After the 30 days I had a decision to make. The decision to become a member was one of the easiest most natural decisions I’ve ever made. Burn very quickly became a part of my life, a very natural part of my day...to workout for 45 minutes a day was as normal as going to work or eating lunch. I am consistent because I want to be. I’m missing a part of me when I can’t be there. It’s easy to want to be there: the workouts, the environment, the trainers and

This place has been a game changer in the fitness industry! I always loathed going to the gym. Planning my workouts in advance, waiting for people to get off machines or out of the area I needed. I can not tell you how much I love this place. Not only do we have amazing trainers, but I also get to work out with some very amazing people. Everyone is very encouraging and helpful if you ever need to modify something that the class is doing. It is never I can’t do it - it’s I just can’t do it yet!
With all that has happened in the last year with Covid , Burn has kept the training going whether it is by Zoom or in the gym. There are different trainers on that switch, but it doesn’t matter they will all give you a great work out no matter which trainer you get.

I grew up a tri-sport athlete all the way through high school — I was in the best shape of my life when I graduated. Once school stopped, so did my physical activity. That was 4.5 years ago already. I’ve tried going to gyms to lift weights but have always felt pressured and judged and just overall uncomfortable in a gym setting. I would cheat myself constantly by not completing workouts, seeing no progress. And then I discovered burn and signed up for the 4 week trial for $69 and I loved it so much I committed to another 3 months! Being at burn feels like I’m on a team again, we are all there for different reasons but share the same goal — our health. Burn isn’t about losing weight or looking totally ripped unless you and one of the trainers decide that is what YOU need. One on one training in a group setting cannot be beat. It’s not a feeling of all eyes on me like a traditional gym. It’s a team effort and it’s totally fun. If you’re scared to start, I was too, I stood in the back of the class and am already comfortable with standing close to the front. If I can do it, YOU CAN TOO.

Burn boot camp Holmen is an amazing workout facility with great staff, awesome workouts and also following all COVID precautions. They will accommodate to any fitness level and help you crush your fitness goals. This was a life changing experience to join and I will never go back. I’d encourage everyone to come give it a try!

This place really is as great as all of these other reviews make it sound. I have never been someone who has worked out...never...Not as a child, not in high school, not in college, not as an adult. After I had kids, I knew I needed something to help me get back into shape, I lacked the energy and self-confidence I knew I needed to be a great mom and spouse. My first day I went by myself during their grand opening and I was TERRIFIED but I was 100% HOOKED. My little girls LOVE the playroom and it's their favorite part of the day. I have been going strong since March 2019; pandemic and all. They've had to shift, change and adapt and they have done it all with members input. Don't put it off, take the step and try it out.

I’ve been attending Burn Holmen since March of 2019. I have never been one to go to any type of group exercise. Nor have I really done any type of exercise. I have lived a very cinnamon Terry lifestyle as an adult. At 48 years old, I decided it was very important for me to try something. I went to their grand opening, and with great excitement and nervous energy, I started the first day . I got out of the car. Boy was I happy! It was scary, hard, and amazing, all at the same time.
The trainers have been fantastic at helping me modify what I can do and have pushed me to do what I am capable.
I have grown so much this year. I am so happy to have found Burn. I have made so many friends and so many “gains” in my journey. I can now say that I am the most fit I have ever been in my adult life. I owe it to Burn Holmen.

Can’t say enough great things about Burn Boot Camp - Holmen! Everyone is so welcoming and it’s an incredibly positive atmosphere. I was afraid to start group exercise classes but that worry flew right out the door when I walked into Burn. I never feel out of my comfort zone. The trainers are awesome at remembering your injuries (such as my bad wrists) and are constantly offering modifications to the exercises so that you can work around your injuries. If you are considering giving Burn a try, please do, and I promise you won’t regret it!

I have been going to BurnBootCamp in Holmen since they opened in March 2019. I started on the free trial, and no matter how much I thought about it, weighed the pros and cons (which there weren’t many cons), and went back and forth about it, I couldn’t say no to the opportunity to make a positive change for myself! So I signed up for a membership and haven’t regretted it once! I’ve had a personal goal of going at least five days a week and have met that goal most weeks because it’s just a great place to be. I’ve gained confidence in myself, tried things I would never have tried on my own, and met a group of amazing people! There are so many benefits, I cannot attempt to write them all, come and see for yourself 😃

When Burn Holmen opened in March of this year, I decided to try it out. I was hooked after the 1st class and kept going back. I have attended class 6 days per week, almost every week, since it opened and we have not had the same workout twice. I look forward to going to Burn every day & feel guilty if I have to miss a class. The trainers at Burn are seriously awesome! If you are battling any type of injury, they show you a modification.
They always push you to do better and help you realize that you can do it. It is a positive environment, no matter what time of day you attend. Burn is more than a gym, it's a community.

I never exercised before and July of last year started to run. My hips starting developing some chronic pain from that. I went to Burn to inquire and did a 30 day trial they had and signed up once the trial was over. It is like no other experience I have ever had. Every workout everyday is something different. I love the variety. The floating floor has helped with my hip pain which is 90% improved already. The trainers are amazing and the experience and environment is unique and wonderful.
