Burn Boot Camp in Monona, WI features a constantly-changing mix of cardio, HIIT, and strength training so you never get the same workout twice. Our Members enjoy access to unlimited 45-minute workouts produced by top Trainers, designed to engage your full body and deliver complete body change. Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. If you're wondering if this is the place for you, do the three-day trial! I felt taken care of, supported, uplifted, and like I'd found my place as soon as I did my first class. I have injuries, felt unfit, and didn't know anyone! Each barrier I felt was solved quickly and with a smile! I've never experienced anything like it and have no intention of leaving!

I cannot say enough good things about Burn Boot Camp Monona. Not only is it a great workout but for me its the people that work there that make me love it the most. I joined almost a month ago and I was terrified as it was my first time ever doing a group fitness class alone and everyone was SO welcoming and kind. Stacie was great at explaining how everything works when I first signed up. Ashley and Logan are amazing trainers and absolutely so good at what they do. They are so helpful and really care about each member and bettering us! 10/10 recommend!

Great gym, amazing community! I came back to burn after taking a few years off after the pandemic. I’m so glad I came back! When I first started at Burn Boot Camp, I was honestly a little scared. I was nervous walking into those first few classes, unsure if I’d be able to keep up or if it would really be the right fit for me. But those nerves quickly faded as I got into the workouts and began seeing what I was capable of. The support from the coaches and other members made me feel welcome and motivated, and before long, I fell in love with the process.

Now, I genuinely look forward to going to Burn. I love feeling strong and seeing my body change and get healthier week by week. My energy levels have improved, and I’m noticing positive changes both physically and mentally. Burn Boot Camp has given me confidence, strength, and a community I never expected to find. I’m so glad I took that first step—it’s been life-changing!

It's been a little over a month since I started Burn Boot Camp Monona and I have no regrets! I signed up for a month trial but after two weeks I was hooked. Such a fun, positive and encouraging atmosphere. I'm feeling so much better, more flexible, stronger and down 10 pounds. It motivated my to change my eating habits to a cleaner diet, go on short walks throughout the day and I'm feeling like a new man. Ive got a ways to go but no turning back now. I was a Burn member during Covid and just joined again. I am loving it! I like that I can look ahead to see what days I plan to go based on the weekly protocol posted Sunday mornings. I only want to go on strength training days so knowing when those days are and when the emphasis is on cardio makes it easy to plan. It is such a welcoming environment too!! Everyone is so positive and while working their tails off are still having fun. Looking very much forward to being a Burn family member 💜

My husband and I have been coming here since October 2022. I love having workouts that we can do together, and there is so much variety throughout the week. My favorite workouts are the cardio focused days, he loves the strength days, and at the end of the week we know we have hit everything. It has been easy to gain consistency with getting to the gym 6 days a week because each day is so different. We really like the energy that the trainers bring, and also the other people working out beside us. It's awesome to be recognized for hitting goals like 50 workouts, and I have also achieved some personal records at this gym. I didn't think I would ever be able to do pull-ups or double unders on the jump rope, and I can do both now!!

Hands down, best gym in Madison. I have struggled to find a sustainable workout routine since the beginning of COVID, and finally found one at burn. Fantastic, caring trainers, fun, diverse, TOUGH workouts, and it's in the perfect location - the best strip mall in the city. Plus, they provide child care! I love Burn Monona! With COVID I have not been regularly attending in person but when I do the warm welcomes and smiles make it worthwhile. Plus the trainers (especially Logan) always make an effort to touch base; they are all amazing! Y’all, if you are looking for a place where you feel welcomed and excited to workout, then look no further!! I have been an athlete my entire life, with ups and downs in my motivation and style of workout. I went to Burn with a friend/co-worker and LOVED my first workout. The price was a little scary, but after taking advantage of the RISE 4 week challenge, I knew I had to join Burn Monona. I feel supported, welcomed, and motivated to go to each workout! Even when I’m tired and don’t want to go, I go, because I know I will feel better after! All the coaches know me by name and check in about any injuries or how I’m feeling each day, so they can provide modifications. I seriously recommend coming in for a trial! You won’t be disappointed!!

I've been a member of Burn Monona for nearly three years. The community at the gym is second to none, and the staff and trainers are amazing. Modifications to increase you workout, and modifications to make it through ankle surgery recovery. The trainers always had an answer. Last but not least, having the opportunity to meet 1:1 with the trainers for focus meetings, as many as you need, really really helps when you're on a fitness and health journey.

I love that the classes are only 45 minutes-but they still always kick my butt (in a good way!). the instructors and front desk staff are so friendly and really try and get to know you by name right away. I was a Burn Monona member before COVID and loved it. Took a break during the pandemic and rejoined after being vaccinated. Did the 4 week trial while 16-20 weeks pregnant with my first child. I was still a little nervous about COVID and being pregnant for the first time. So I told myself I would do home workouts the rest of my pregnancy and it just wasn’t happening. I signed up for a year at 24 weeks pregnant because I just couldn’t stay away from burn. Would not have signed up if it weren’t for the trainer Logan. He is the BEST with modifications to keep the workout challenging but safe for me and the baby. He really would be great at educating the trainers about safe/good modifications while pregnant. He is so knowledgeable! I am at 29 weeks right now and still loving burn. He is always coming up with new exercises each week to make sure I’m being safe but still getting a good workout in. I trust he will do the same when I come back after I have the baby. He can’t ever leave burn!!!

This is hands down the best gym I have ever been to!

In the past I have signed up for many gym memberships while I was excited and inspired to get in shape only to stop going after a few months but not this time!

Burn is amazing. The workouts are hard - harder than I would ever do on my own. They are physically and mentally challenging and really push you to the edge in the best way! The atmosphere is so positive! After each exercise station the trainers always have us give each other a high five - even though that might sound elementary, it is amazing! It is so empowering and creates such a positive community. All of this combined is what makes me go back and stick with it! I am stronger now than I have been in years and I cannot wait to get stronger.

The trainers, especially head trainer Demi at Monona are fantastic! I started here because it was close to my apartment. My husband and I have since moved but I love this location and cannot imagine going anywhere else!

I got a great workout at a trial camp where the trainer even took time to coach one on some positioning. I gave myself a week to see if my 55 years and lack of consistency could handle it and haven’t looked back! The entire crew was welcoming, supportive and took interest in my wellness journey. It’s been far better for me than the workouts I’ve done - from the 25 min high intensity dvds or classes at a local gym.
