Join a community that helps you set and reach your fitness goals! Burn Boot Camp in Mt. Pleasant, WI features a constantly-changing mix of cardio, HIIT, and strength training so you never get the same workout twice. Our Members enjoy access to unlimited 45-minute workouts produced by top Trainers, designed to engage your full body and deliver complete body change. Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. I cannot say enough amazing things about Burn Boot Camp - Mt. Pleasant. I have always struggled with finding the best way to be physically active ever since I graduated from high school back in 2009! I would join gyms and go all in for about a month then lose motivation and eventually stop going. I tried working out at home and that would last about a week before the excuses set in. Burn Boot Camp is the perfect option for me. Signing up for a specific camp time slot keeps me accountable. On top of that I am not the one responsible for figuring out what I am going to need to work on (arms, legs, full body, etc). Every day I go in I know I will find a supportive team with trainers helping me to reach my goals. Pushing me to reach my best level of fitness, but also modifying movements for me where necessary.

For years I’ve heard people talk about burn but was so nervous to try it out. I finally decided to give it a chance with their promotion and I’m so glad I did! As someone who didn’t previously have any gym experience, this place has been amazing. All of the coaches are so nice and willing to help you out. I have been at Burn Bootcamp for a little over a month and I am already seeing results! Not only physically, but mentally and even emotionally. I was very intimidated on trying it out because I was not in shape whatsoever. Now being there, I see people of all ages, sizes, and abilities doing the same thing as everyone else. I am a mom to a 1 and 4 year old. A new grad nurse and I recently started working nights at a very busy hospital. I was feeling exhausted, defeated, moody, out of place, eating nothing but sugar. Joining burn boot camp was the BEST decision and I’m just upset I didn’t join sooner. Burn boot camp has made me feel amazing again. I have so much energy and it has helped me feel like me again.

The energy of everyone in this facility is special. The instructors Ian, Stacy, and Jake are unmatched. I get excited about all the new workouts I get to try and challenge myself with.

I was nervous about leaving my babies at the childcare at first, but everyone there is so sweet and supportive.

Not going lie I was scared walking through the doors but it all changed. The environment is very friendly I'm surprised my social anxiety is allowing me to do this. This review is geared for those like myself who haven't seen a gym since red gym short and over the calf tube sock days. Is it for you and will you fit in? Reader Digest version answer...absolutely yes. Hard cover book version...sign up..easy online. Show up..First time..pick your class time and show up 10 minutes early. Someone greets you at the door.. I just told them I was new and had no clue what I was doing. They took it from there. You will feel completely welcomed. Work out...Usually 6 stations..trainer will give example of each exercise and give an alternate that's easier. Workouts change every day so nothing gets stale. Zero judgemnt..dosent matter how out of shape you are...you will feel welcomed. I had a hard time just getting off the ground when I started..think of a turtle trying to stand up..that was me. 😃 Trainers are phenomenal. They are encouraging while also pushing you. They will remember your name which surprised
me..I have no idea how the remember everyones name but they do. Focus group..sign up for one on one with a trainer and you go over your goals and they help you set a plan to get there. Private online Facebook group...very supportive. Ask anything from nutrition to exercise to anything in between. They also have member get togethers..baseball game..swimming outings..etc. that you can join in on. Childcare..they have it for certain workout sessions but I don't know anything about it. Everything here is geared towards you feeling welcomed ..comfortable and successful in your goal.

I have been a distance runner off and on since college, but have never been able to get into strength training or a gym routine. I tried Burn for the first time with encouragement from several friends, and I was hooked right away! I love the social energy of the gym and the fact that I don't have to think about what to do or plan my workout. It's only 45 minutes so it goes pretty quickly and it's a different workout every day. The trainers show you how to modify each exercise to work for your level of fitness. I won't say it's easy, but the challenges presented each day give me strength and confidence that I can bring into the rest of my life outside the gym. Highly recommend giving it a try!!

I didn’t just join a gym when I joined Burn, I joined a community. Everyone I have met, not just trainers, help to motivate, encourage, empower, inspire, and support everyone else around them. When I first joined, it was for the superficial reasons that anyone joins a gym - lose weight, be skinnier, etc. After being here just over a year, I’ve realized it’s about setting goals and reaching them; about feeling strong and empowered. Better yet, it’s not just about taking control physically, but also mentally. It’s about helping to inspire or push others to see them also succeed!

The trainers help you to set realistic goals and then push your limits to exceed them. They will help coach you on form or different techniques to prevent pain/injuries and they give you nutrition tips. They love to get to know who you are - inside and outside of the gym.

I joined Burn MTP when I was getting bored with my workouts and starting to lose motivation on my own. This was the best thing I could have done. The workouts are different everyday and designed for us with modifications for literally every fitness level. I have severe bone on bone knees and the floating floor gives me extra protection and allows me to do things I wouldn't be able to on a hard floor. The trainers are beyond amazing and make sure I am not only pushing myself to my full potential, but protecting my body, especially my knees to avoid further damage. This gym is very expensive and not flexible at all. There's no open gym it is strictly group trainer classes. The classes are enjoyable and give you a good work out but there's no showers at the gym. The gym also has you sign up for a "membership" which is really a contract for 12-18 months stating that you have to pay them your membership of 116+/month for the full length of the contract and if you quite early you have to pay them 50% of the contract total. I moved 17 miles from the gym and they would not let me quit and kept throwing the Membership Contract in my face. I was NOT told about that clause when signing up for the gym and was completely mislead when I asked about cancellation fees. Now I am forced to continue going to a gym far away.

At the end of the day they do not care about their members just the money.

I did have plans to start a membership up again when a gym opened closer because I did really enjoy the work out but now that I know they trick people into long term expensive contracts I will finish out my membership and never return. I am just glad I was able to warn friends and family before they started their free trials I told them about.

The staff is absolutely amazing and genuinely care about each and every member. Everyone makes you feel welcome with open arms and never feel judged. This has been the only gym that I’ve been able to stay committed to because it doesn’t get boring. I get that personal training in a group setting, don’t have to come up with the workouts, and no two workouts are ever the same.

The trainers demo every exercise everyday along with showing a modification because they understand that not everyone is at the same fitness level and that’s okay. Focus meetings are available as well and use an InBody machine that shows water weight, body fat percentage, muscle mass, etc. to prove that this place works if you put in the work.

They continue to push you past what you think your limits are and never let you get comfortable. Don’t be intimidated by the workouts or how sweaty we may look, the hardest part is walking through those doors. 💙

I never thought I’d be “that” person who loves going to the gym, but Burn has that type of affect on you. No matter your fitness level, they find a way to challenge you. When I started I had to modify everything, but amazed myself at how quickly I got stronger and didn’t need the modifications anymore. The support you get from the trainers, staff, and other members is unlike anywhere else!

I can't say enough good things! If you sign up for a free two week trial (I highly recommend that you do) you will never want to leave! The encouraging community atmosphere, the pump-up music, the incredible trainers, the challenging workouts, the helpful staff, free childcare for members.... everything is top notch! I thought I had a favorite trainer in Theresa, but then I went to a class with Max and was just as impressed! The trainers have that perfect balance where they're encouraging you without being condescending, and helping you with tips or form corrections without making you feel singled out! Try it, you'll love it here!

Great idea for quick fitness. I like the team workout model and the 14 day free trial. They run 45 minute high intensity interval circuits each hour with an instructor. The only part I had a challenge with was going from the last intense move to an immediate stretch, when I really needed a cool down to first slow my heart rate.

I think the classes are great; always different and really fun. I enjoy that the trainers will push you, but also offer alternatives if the move isn't something you can perform at the moment. However the cost is just way too high for the limited time you get in the gym. I appreciate the fact that you can not only get unlimited classes, but also one on one advise and a nice community atmosphere, but I think burn is really limiting their client base with this cost. Crossing my fingers for more promotional pricing though!

This gym is a place that makes you feel at home and pushes you every single time you’re in there. The trainers and owner are some of the most down to earth, loving people who sincerely want the best for anyone who walks through those doors. No matter your current level of fitness, there is an exercise for you as they will be sure to show you modifications that suit your needs. You will leave drenched in sweat and pride for knowing when you walk (or waddle) out, you’re getting stronger each time. They mix up the workouts so it is never the same thing and you get to learn and push yourself consistently. Hands down the best gym and people around!
