Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. Wife loves this place. She's in a better mood when she works out! :) They have family events where kids can dance to music and go to different kid appropriate workout stations and instructors enthusiastically lead them to different stations. There's also included child care in a nice room that you can sign up for, but of course there's limited spots. I've enjoyed going to some of these events with the kids and the instructors are passionate about what they do and this is a small community for us that we much enjoy.

Burn Bootcamp is the real deal. As someone who’s always been competitive, I was looking for a gym that could push me without feeling repetitive or stale, and I found exactly that at Burn in Verona.
From day one, the energy in this place is contagious. The positivity hits you the moment you walk in. Everyone, from the trainers to the front desk, is genuinely excited to see you succeed, and that kind of support fuels you in ways most gyms can’t.
The trainers know how to challenge you without overstepping, encourage you without letting you slack, and they’re always dialed into your goals. Every workout feels purposeful and intense, and I always leave feeling stronger and more motivated than the day before (even if I can’t walk after)!
The facility is always spotless, organized, and ready to go. Literally no distractions, just a clean and focused space to get after it. The whole staff is simply wonderful.

If you’re considering Burn, I can’t encourage you enough to check it out! After having two kids and wanting to focus on my own health and wellness I finally decided to give Burn a try. It’s the best choice I’ve made in a long time. I was instantly hooked for so many reasons. The community is SO welcoming for any fitness level, age, etc. The workouts are challenging and engaging in a great way and there are always ways to modify to make it work best for your body. The trainers (especially Sam and Claire!) are all phenomenal. It’s easy to see they love what they do and genuinely care about us. Every camp is uplifting, encouraging and an overall mood booster. Plus, everyone is so so friendly! Scheduling is convenient and low commitment if plans change. The childwatch is a bonus feature that makes this possible for me- it’s so helpful to have the opportunity to bring my kids with and know they’re being cared for in a safe and fun environment. The childwatch caregivers are fantastic, friendly, and communicative.

As a busy mom of two, Burn has given back to me in many ways. I have been able to attend classes because of the numerous times available and the childwatch they provide. Have been a member at Burn Verona for 6 months. I have never looked forward and been motivated to go to classes 5x a week at (at 5:45am too) any other gym or trainer before. The workouts are really good, the trainers are so professional, well trained and fun and the community and "team" atmostphere is really encouraging. I highly recommend trying a week at Burn. I joined looking for something really effective in getting me in shape; with a mix of cardio and strength training, but also keeping me going, it definitely has.

This is for the out of shape mom hoping to join and looking at the reviews (because that’s what I did!) I purchased a 4 week trial and knew after my first camp I would buy a membership. The atmosphere was welcoming and supportive immediately. The gym manager showed me around and introduced me to other members and paired me up with someone for the first workout. Every exercise or movement can be modified which I was always nervous about before joining. Gavin and Claire (the trainers I’ve had) remembered my name right away and always checked in when I was getting started. I’ve always gotten individual encouragement or a “we’re going heavier today” at every camp. The trainers and whole team are what really sets this place apart in my opinion, they really have built an amazing community. I could go on and on but I also want to add I’ve had a great experience with the child watch. I know my kids are good hands and they like it too. I couldn’t get to camp if it weren’t for the child watch option.

This gym... ❤ Honestly, I don't even really think about it as a "gym" anymore because it's become so much more than that for me. I started at Burn about 5 and a half years ago, and if you had asked me at that time if I'd still be attending this far in the future, I probably would have laughed in your face! I've never stuck with something so consistently in my life. I'll admit, at first, I didn't quite understand the draw, not until it began to sink in (via focus meetings, long-term changes physically and mentally, and absorption of trainer knowledge) that exercise is so much more than a method to lose weight. Burn helped me realize that regular movement is a means to better sleep, better mental health and overall personal empowerment. I love how strong I feel and that I regularly surprise myself with my strength - the amazing trainers see to it that you realize your full potential! I cannot recommend this place enough!

I joined Burn Boot Camp a little over 2 months ago on the recommendation of a friend. I wasn't sure about it at first, but after 2 months I'm postive it was the best choice I made in 2022. In just those 2 months I've lost 19 pounds. The trainers are amazing, the vibe from everyone there is always welcoming, and the workout experience is always gratifying. The trainers are understanding of what individuals need and what fittness level they are at. Whether the person is new and needs modifications to help them slowly adjust into the excerises or if the individual is experienced with the style of workouts and can Mod -up. No matter your experience or fitteness level the trainers are committed to helping you. On top of all that the trainers and the rest of the staff are constant sources of positivity and are there to motivate you the moment you step in. I'm always greeted by name and with a smile. It's honestly one of the best gyms I've ever worked out at with some of the best trainers I've ever had. I've never felt more confident and comfortable working out. I never have to worry about what the other gym goers are thinking or if anyone is mocking me, because not only is the staff amazing so are the other people that go there. It's a community of kind hearted people with the same goal in mind. Become the best version of themselves and help one another do the same. I've had strangers help me understand the excerises when I was clearly lost and I've had people help with my postures when they were off. I've also had people walk up and tell me I did great and rocked that last set when they saw I was just about beat. Having others around you recognize the work you're putting and support you when you're struggling on a workout is such an under-rated act of kindness. And it doesn't just come from the other people working out. The trainer will do the same. It's something I've only found at Burn Boot Camp. So if you're looking for a gym with committed trainers, a supportive community, and one that when you show up you're helped motivated to get results then Burn Boot Camp in Verona is 100% the one you've been searching for.

I started burn in July 2022 because I was looking for something more consistent and complemented my hot yoga. It needed to be offered in the mornings while my kids and husband slept (busy mom = no time for yourself). I asked around and found that many other Mom's and Dad's of my kids friends were also going so I decided to try it out. At first I wasn't sure because I wasn't sure about the intense workout with so much equipment, but as soon as I had one class with Gavin I was hooked. He not only asked my name and a little about me, but he remembered my name going forward and helped me individually as well as helping everyone else in class. After going for a few weeks I met many more strong confident people and realized I wanted to continue to be a part of this atmosphere. I never felt judged if I had to modify an exercise and I continue to feel seen in each class with Gavin, even from across the room. Burn is a place for any size person who is interested in bettering themselves. Gavin provides nutrition advice, discusses your goals and ways to help you get there, provides individual training and genuinely cares about you. When I sprained my knee he checked in on me and even made completely different workouts for me so I could still do something. Burn camps aren't easy but they are worth doing to the best of your ability. The mindset of the people who attend is something I didn't anticipate when joining and realized quickly this place was more than just a gym. I'm so thankful to have joined this place for improving my physical strength but also educating me that I need to take care of myself too. If you are wanting to join a community this place is for you.

Burn is so much more than a gym. The trainers put their hearts and souls into creating a community. Everyone encourages you to meet your goals, whatever they may be. The workouts are always different, which has kept me coming back for four years and never bored. First day was so rough but now five weeks in I am noticing I have more stamina. All the coaches are awesome! We haven’t had them all but I really like them! I had my first focus meeting with Gavin where we talked about goals. I find the support is what I need because when I go to a gym by myself I have no idea what to do. I have always worked out but needed a change. I was initially nervous about walking into Burn, but it was so wonderful. Every person working there from the front desk to the trainers and all of the members were extremely welcoming. The trainers are the BEST. The classes have great energy and every day is different. My husband and I can workout together while our son is playing in the child watch. I have been a Burn member for over 3 years now and I can say it is one of the best communities for finding your fitness journey. The trainers are knowledgeable, have certifications and experience in a variety of areas, and genuinely enjoy their work. The work-outs are challenging, but also allow for modifications involving injuries, level of fitness, pregnancy, PT recommendations, etc. The work-outs are never the same so there is no getting bored and into a rut. Along with the work-outs, you can also participate in a focus meeting, nutrition seminars, yoga, and other events that they offer. Burn also does community outreach and will participate in different events that benefit the community it is in. It did take me a little bit to get settled because my body realized that the work-outs that I had been doing at another gym were not focused on full body so I was lacking strength in certain areas. The trainers were available to assist me with making mods that would allow for a better transition and build strength in those areas while pushing me in areas where I was stronger. They also didn't miss a beat with Covid and transitioned quickly to meet everyone's needs. They take feedback well and address questions and concerns quickly. The Zoom work-outs have been great and the trainers are really attentive during the class to help with form checks and modifications. Definitely recommend you try it! If you are just starting, looking for a higher level of challenge, or somewhere in the middle... there is a place for everyone at Burn!

I've been attending Burn Boot Camp - Verona for about 2 years and love it. While it is not the closet gym to me, I choose to drive the extra 10 minutes because I get so much out of my workouts. I love the trainers, they are encouraging, fun, and they push me (but not too much:)). There are people of all ages and fitness levels and the workouts are set up with modifications up and down making it doable for everyone. I appreciate that there are many class times to choose from and that I can attend Burn in other locations when I travel for work. Give it a try!

Me - the un-morningist person of morning people - getting up at 5am to workout. And not just one day...many days. Me - thinking it would be totally crazy for me to spend so much on a gym - happily investing the time and money in myself every month.
As a pre-kid athlete and post-kid ‘what just happened’ - I have been sharing with anyone who will listen how amazing this place has been. That woman I used to be? Those arms I used to recognize? They are there! Come to Burn and you’ll find them again (real quick). The workouts are fantastic. The trainers are amazing. And the community is inspiring.

I have just started going to burn boot camp and I absolutely love it!! Everybody is extremely friendly and there’s absolutely no judgement from others if you need to modify an exercise. The instructors are amazing and super motivating as well!

I love going to Burn Boot Camp. It is a program that I have continuously gone to for over 2 years and just keep going back to 4-5 days a week. I'm definitely not the most athletic person in the class, but every workout has different levels to meet everyone's needs. The trainers are amazing in keeping you motivated and pushing you to do things you didn't think were possible. The best part about Burn is the friendships I have made with other Burn members. 🙂

Burn Bootcamp is so much more than “just a gym.” The workouts are always changing and becoming more difficult as you realize you can do more than you could before. The trainers will modify your workout based on your needs. I’ve had a knee injury that I need to modify down for, and the trainers are always checking in to see if I’m ok or if I need a different exercise. They are also great about pushing you to your limit both physically and mentally. They have free childcare for members, free camp on Saturday morning and a free 14-day trial any time! Come try it out! You won’t be disappointed!

I have been a member for over a year. THere are days when I drag myself to camp but always am glad that I went. Everyone is there for the same reason and push each other no matter what your shape, size, or abilities. The staff is so positive!

Great place! Show up, get fit! that simple. All workouts are hard, no question. Tailored to you. Each workout has A,B,C options so you can work to your fitness level. In other words, if your buddy is in better shape than you, you both get a great work out today without getting in each others way but still get to work together. Perfect format! Today was my first day of my Burn boot-camp Trial. I have never felt more welcomed and supported in fitness environment as i did today. I entered a couple minutes late, rushing in after work, after being taking to the wrong place (thanks GPS) that i was so nervous to go, and i almost talked my self out of even going. I am so glad i did and i wish i could find a way to make it there 3x's this week instead of just 2. Start your trial, you won't be disappointed. What do ya got to lose?!
