Burn Boot Camp in Whitefish Bay, WI features a constantly-changing mix of cardio, HIIT, and strength training so you never get the same workout twice. Our Members enjoy access to unlimited 45-minute workouts produced by top Trainers, designed to engage your full body and deliver complete body change. Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. I joined Burn over a year ago after stalling out on at home workouts. I knew I needed to lift heavier weights, but also felt very intimidated by it. I also needed some accountability but not a huge time commitment. Burn checked all the marks for me. The trainers are incredibly accessible and will answer (many, many) questions about form and technique. The workouts are just 45 minutes but leave you feeling like… well, you wouldn’t want to do another 5 minutes. It’s also a super friendly, non judgmental community with a wide range of fitness levels, ages, etc. They make what might feel like super bro-y workout place feel accessible to everyone. Can’t recommend this location enough!

I started burn back in December of 2024 and honestly has been the best choice I’ve made so far. It is like a small community that they welcome others with open hands. The trainers are AMAZING as well as so supportive. I started my journey to work on weight loss and just going to the gym was not cutting it. I had no idea what I was doing until burn. Edit: Five Years later and still attending!

My workout routine was getting stale and repetitive. I found myself doing the same workouts over and over again. After years of doing the same things I became bored and unmotivated. I first learned about burn through a giveaway when they were about to open where I won a 3 month membership. I wanted to give it a try to see if it would get me motivated again. Initially I was trying to aim to go 3 times a week, but found myself going every weekday.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Burn for many reasons. The trainers and head trainer, Anthony, are amazing! They are always making sure your form is correct, and that your pushing yourself and doing your best. The workouts are also focused on a different muscle/group each day so working out 5/6 days a week allows you to hit almost every part of the body. I leave each day feeling stronger and in a better mood.
The music during the workouts is always on fire, has all different forms of genres so it’s not repetitive.
The community at burn is fantastic. I have met so many wonderful people through burn who encourage and support everyone and their goals.
I’m really glad I’m a part of the burn community. I’m lifting stronger then I would’ve on my own, I’m doing exercises I tend to stay away from (and don’t dislike them as much anymore.)
Burn has been an amazing way to start my mornings. They are clean, friendly, and an overall positive place to be. I recommend burn to those who want a change of routine or those who are just starting their fitness journey. Burn is great for everyone at all different levels. Even though there are other people in the class it’s like having a personal trainer! Thank you burn! Glad to be a part of the family.

What a great find! What better way to start the day than with a kick-butt workout next to your best friends? I started working out at Burn 4 months pregnant with our third baby and have never been in better shape throughout a pregnancy. It honestly helped with my delivery and post partum recovery. I can't say enough amazing things about Burn Boot Camp WFB. I have been a member of Burn Boot Camp since 2017. I had tired many other gyms in the area before joining and without question Burn is the best gym I have ever been a part of. It is so much more then a gym, it is a community, a family. Anthony is hands down the most amazing trainer I have ever meet, his knowledge of the body and nutrition is outstanding. He helped me workout throughout my whole pregnancy, my last camp was 2 days prior to the delivery of my daughter. He was attentive and had modifications for exercises as my pregnancy went on. The gym is very welcoming, the support from the coaches and fellow burn family is incredibly helpful and motivating. The workouts are challenging yet tailored to your own individual fitness level. The communication from the gym is excellent and have taken extra precautions to continue safe activity during a pandemic. Their childcare program and team is excellent and know my kiddos are in great hands. I definitely recommend checking out the gym, they have a 2-week free trial, that is plenty of time to see if it’s a good fit.

I wanted to sign up for Burn Boot camp in January but never got to it, then COVID hit. I started my work out journey in April at home. Then summer came around and they had they pop up camps at Bayshore and started to go to that, then they had commit to fit challenge right after & from there I was hooked and became a member. I love that you have zoom options if you can’t make it in person. They take the right precaution so make sure everyone is safe and social distancing. I’m so happy I joined & so far I’m over 50 camps so far. I started at 132lbs now I’m at 118lb. I have gotten lean and working on my upper body strength. Thank you guys!

This is the gym I've been dreaming about but never knew existed. Burn does it all, they do new workouts every day and every other day is either more cardiovascular conditioning or weight training. I have tried to find a balance on my own before finding Burn but it has been the best addition to my 2020! You can tell they care about helping you find your own goal and succeed. Plus I love that they help tailor it to you if you need workout modifications. Highly recommend if you are burnt out or floundering on figuring out how to take back control of your health!

If you are thinking about joining a gym especially during our current environment, I would suggest Burn Whitefish Bay. Awesome workouts, supportive environment, and the cleaning protocals are very stringent. Every workout is different so boredom is never a factor. The daycare area is large and they offer daily fun activities for the children. My kids are always excited to go to Burn!

Great gym run by even better people! The owners truly care about the members and the WFB community. They were forced to shut down 2 months after opening in January and were able to adapt to running online zoom meetings full-time for 3 months before reopening at limited capacity. They hosted camps outdoors at Klode park and Bayshore until the weather got too cold.
I've lost 45 pounds since joining in January and would recommend Burn WFB to anyone looking to achieve a fitness goal and join an awesome community as well.
