Personal trainer that specializes in functional training, pre/postnatal fitness and Low Pressure Fitness/hypopressive training. My goal is to keep your body functioning at it’s fullest capacity for as long as it can and to make workouts fun. I have a passion helping women rehab and prevent dysfunction in the core and pelvic floor with breathwork, posture and specific exercises.

Centered fitness is just what I needed. Circuit workout that works all areas of your body. The instructors are so personable and friendly! They definitely focus on what you are doing right and your form that needs work. Definitely going back. Everyone needs to try it for the first time it’s 5.00! See if it’s worth it! I know it is for me! Thank you to two great instructors Kate and Aubree!

A month ago I started a new workout journey at Centered Fitness. The workout I enjoy attending is circuit plus mobility for one hour. During that hour I get a head to toe workout and it changes every week to make the workouts challenging and never boring. Instructors Aubree and Kate make sure I do my exercises correctly and teach me how to adjust my form as needed to keep me safe. I’m very happy with the progress I’m making since starting working out at Centered Fitness.

I've been working with Aubree in her small group and one-on-one settings, and am loving my experience. Aubree takes the time to explain what we're working on and why we're doing it. Quality over quantity, she focuses on proper form, mechanics and offering modifications when needed. Plus, she knows just when to offer that little extra *positive* push we all need sometimes. I'd recommend in a heartbeat.

I cannot recommend Aubree and Centered Fitness enough! Aubree's focus on hypopressive breathing has been a game-changer for me, greatly improving my pelvic floor strength. What sets Aubree apart is her personalized approach. She listens to what I need and tailors the training to suit me perfectly. I have worked with her pre-pregnancy, during pregnancy and postpartum! I’ve been doing Hypopressives with Aubree for about 18 months and have seen a huge difference in healing my pelvic floor postpartum. I had severe diastasis recti PP and I’ve been able to slowly heal that over time through hypos. Learning how to use and strengthen my core correctly has relieved so much pressure off my lower back. It’s such a wonderful way to support your core and back and Aubree is a fantastic trainer

Aubree is amazing and so knowledgeable and understanding of pre and postnatal training needs. I’ve used her starting 6 months postpartum of my third child and immediately started feeling stronger and by using her breathing exercises could feel my core and pelvic floor healing and becoming stronger. I continued using her through my fourth pregnancy and my birthing experience was so positive because my body was strong and ready for labor and delivery, more so than any of my previous pregnancies! Low pressure fitness is the workout you have never heard of but the one you desperately need. Aubree Is very knowledgeable in both traditional strength training and low pressure fitness. I really enjoy working with Aubree and have been doing so weekly for the past 14 months. She takes a genuine interest in what my goals are (fitness, health, long life) and tailors the workouts accordingly. Aubree is a true professional and offers a warm heart and encouragement through her teaching. After dealing with post-surgery pelvic pain for a long time I learned about hypopressive/low pressure techniques. Her guidance and attention to postural cues have helped me tremendously. My pain levels have decreased very significantly after only a few weeks and I expect them to dissipate completely in the near future. I deeply appreciate Aubree’s follow up after/between sessions as she checks on my progress and well-being. She is such a gift in my life and I am truly grateful.

Aubree has been a great teacher and motivator in LPF (Low Pressure Fitness) as I’ve worked to rehab my abdominal muscles post baby #2!
