I had the best time partnering with Challenge Fit Studio for a workshop on food freedom and body respect this holiday season! The team was so welcoming and organized, and the members brought such genuine energy and curiosity to the conversation. You can tell this studio truly cares about supporting both physical and mental wellness in their community. Can’t wait to be back!

Fantastic! I’ve had such positive encounters with this gym and the owners. They have a lovely family and bring their hearts into their business. The gym is welcoming to newcomers by the owners and by the participants; I felt right at home. My toddler recently enrolled in the Seedlings kids yoga class with Ashley. He had a great time. He learned some new yoga postures and he made a huge leap in his literacy with Ashley’s activities. I highly recommend this gym, especially to families.

Ashley and Chad are two of the most kind, and supportive people I have ever met. Before joining I met with each of them to discuss both my personal and fitness goals. To say it felt like I've known them for years is truly an understatement. The complete opposite of a push to join they showed 100% compassion and understanding as I discussed my challenges. They truly make you feel like you belong no matter what level of fitness you're at or what hurdles might stand in your way. And so does everyone who attends a class. There was no feeling uncomfortable when I got started. All are welcome and it's obvious as soon as you walk in the room that you are part of a supportive team. I cannot say enough about the whole experience. An absolute Non Judgement Zone and a team that 150% wants to see you succeed, I highly recommend this cozy, small town studio.

Chad and Ashley have created an environment that makes you want to put your health first. The classes they offer and the environment you get to do them in, fills your cup right to the top. Cathy and Ashley’s yoga classes have been life changing to me, in more ways than one. The clean healthy products they have in stock are also a bonus! Challenge Fit was a wonderful addition to my summer routine! With weight training classes and yoga all in the same place, I became healthier and stronger. Coach Chad's 5:15 morning classes pushed me to new lifting limits, and I enjoyed the camaraderie of our group each workout! Monday yoga helped me sleep like a baby. Join! You won't regret it.

I worked with Chad over the past year to help me get back in shape and build a healthy daily routine. He is very knowlegable in the nutrition and fitness space, and created a great workout, diet, and stretching regimen tailored to my needs. He always had great advice to share and I always left our chats feeling more motivated than before. With the help of Chad and my program, I was able to achieve one of my life-long goals of climbing Mt. Fuji! Even though it was an 8 hour hike up the mountain, it felt like any other normal workout thanks to the program!

Chad has been my personal trainer for the past 4+ years, focusing on strength and stability improvement. He designs monthly workout programs for me, adding new exercises and equipment to keep them varied and challenging. He also ensures that my technique is correct to avoid injuries. Prior to working with Chad I had occasional knee and back pain. Early programs focused on strengthening those areas, and over time I felt stronger and the aches and pains were gone. Chad is knowledgeable, reliable, and is open to my input and feedback. The guidance and encouragement he has provided me have been very beneficial and I would greatly recommend him to anyone looking to improve your fitness and health.

Chad Allen was my coach just prior to Covid shutting down the gym we were in. He then contacted me about his online training that was available. The application he uses was extremely helpful guiding me with my diet and exercise routine. But the best part of working with him is our weekly chats. He is an excellent listener and understands my ups and downs. He has a treasure trove of what I call Life hacks. Things or ideas that help motivate me and keep me on track. So, besides fitness training and nutrition plans he is a great Life Coach who listens and I can call my friend.

I had the fortunate opportunity to work with Chad this year. He coached me through the major life change of putting my body in a healthier and safer place. I have a laundry list of medical issues and he is incredibly knowledgeable about healthy choices and finding ways to work with the obstacles placed in front you. I was able to take off 20 lbs and lower my A1C to a number I haven't seen in 10 years. It's been 5 months since my time under his guidance and I've kept every pound off.
