I've been going to Class A Fitness for over 6 years - it's one of the best decisions and investments I've made for my health, body and mind. The instructors are amazing - always making sure your form is correct, motivating you to push harder, and never, ever making you feel ashamed for where you're at in your personal journey. The other members are great - extremely supportive of everyone - just a really good group of humans.

The owner Amy Krentz is a girl that can meet you were you are and put you on a great path. So kind, so inspiring, takes time to listen to you intentionally and really cares for you. She really inpspired me doing a bit of a run with her in her ironman training mentioning she already ran one #ironman and doing another with her daughter. She ran it to see how far she could push herself. She taught me it is unreal what you can accomplish when you put your mind into it and be consistent and disciplined in your training!! She is a wonderful blessing to many!! If you are not local you can get with her as a fantastic #beachbodycoach .

I attended Class A for an 8 week challenge. Amy and her team (and the members of the gym) were my support and new friends. Not only did I get the fitness and weight loss results I was looking for, I learned about a lifestyle I can continue after the challenge.

3 1/2 years ago I took a chance at a new gym offering a 21-day challenge and I have never looked back. The encouragement and motivation provided from the coaching staff and members at Class A Fitness will keep you coming back. I religiously attend class 4-5 times a week without question. Would highly recommend this gym.

I have been coming to this gym with my mom and sister for years now. I have belonged to many different gyms but never one that I felt truly challenged me every single day! Although the classes are hard I always look forward to going knowing I will leave feeling better about myself. I would highly recommend anyone struggling with the motivation to workout on their own look into joining Class A Fitness! It is a great group of motivating people with everyone looking out and cheering each other on!

As someone who has belonged to a gym or even multiple gyms at the same time for the last 20 years, I can honestly say I have found my fitness home. The variety of workouts keeps you inspired and coming back for more. Amy Krenz and her team truly care about each member and will assist in any way to help you achieve your fitness goals. It’s definitely way more than a gym, it’s a community.

Im so glad I joined Class A Fitness nearly 2 years ago! Love that I can get a good workout in 45 minutes and enjoy the class-based format. For me, I need the structure and accountability of classes. While the weekly schedule of classes is constant, the workouts change, so there is no getting bored! Amy and the other coaches are friendly and approachable and are truly interested in helping you improve your overall health by providing information about healthy eating and overall wellbeing. If you’re looking for a gym that challenges, motivated and inspires their members, this is your place! Regardless of your fitness level, you’ll feel comfortable with Amy & her team and you’ll join a community of people who are all working toward their fitness goals, big or small. Not gonna lie, not every workout is “fun,” but the satisfaction of getting it done is so worth it!

Class A Fitness has changed my life!
I was always pretty healthy and fit. For 30 years I mainly was a runner but would do some weight lifting and biking too. At age 52 things started getting very difficult emotionally and physically. My parents were ailing, and I started caring for them. They died within 1 ½ years of each other and following my dad’s death I fell apart, literally! At age 54 I had 7 surgeries! I was not in very good shape after all this. My last 2 surgeries were having a screw put in my left foot and a right knee surgery.
The Dr knew I wanted to run again and put me through PT to gain muscle where I needed it. He warned me to be careful as he had to scrape a lot under the knee cap and said I was almost bone on bone. As I started a running program, I was having a lot of pain and swelling. I had gained weight, felt out of shape and was unhappy, especially when the Dr. said, “maybe you should take up biking more!”
Then one day I saw an ad for Class A Fitness. I remember it said that it didn’t matter what your fitness level was and that they help modify things to fit your situation.
So, a month shy of my 55th birthday I joined.
Hands Down the Best Decision I Could Have Made!!
I have found CAF to be very welcoming, fun, and always different workouts so it’s not boring.
Everything is class based. We use TRX, Bosu balls, bands, tubes, weights, kettle bells, ropes, tires and sledge hammers to name a few. We do kick boxing, cardio moves and strength training. The instructors are all helpful, motivating and supportive. They help remind you to focus on your form and correct your form when needed, which I have found very helpful and important. CAF feels like a big family. I look forward to seeing everyone!
They have Challenges going on from time to time and although I was unsure at first, this past January I joined my first Healthy Habits Challenge and liked it so much that I joined another in May.
Amy Krenz, the owner of CAF, has run the challenges and is a wealth of knowledge, not only about fitness, but about mind and body and how they all connect. The challenges have you really looking inside yourself, finding your strengths and motivating you and others. The challenges have helped me really understand food as fuel and how macros are important, especially protein for me because I’ve been a vegetarian since age 15. I always thought I was healthy and getting enough protein, but I felt sluggish while working out and talked to Amy about it. She really helped me look at what I was consuming and has helped me understand more about nutrition. She also showed me an app to help me continue to see and understand first hand how what I’m eating is or is not helping me get to the next level I want.
Amy is very positive and real! She can help you get where you want to be if you give her a chance and work hard.
I really believe all the information provided in the challenges really helped me want to work harder to improve my fitness level. I can say that now at 56years old I feel in better shape than I have in several years. I would have never believed I could get this far without having running be my main reason for being fit, but since January I lost 13 lbs. but more importantly, I have gained muscle and feel so much better!
If you are looking for the next level of fitness for yourself, I can tell you Amy Krenz and the instructors at CAF have helped me form a healthier happier stronger “Me” and I can’t thank Amy enough for all of her time, knowledge and commitment to helping others! I highly recommend CAF to take you to the next step or level of fitness! It’s great for the mind and body!

I have been to MANY gyms throughout my life, and this one is hands down the cream of the crop. As long as you are the type of person who likes a group fitness class, you will love it here. The variety of workouts never ceases to amaze me. Kickboxing, crossfit, weights, TRX, jamballs, kettlebells, resisitance bands, the list goes on. While it is a group fitness class, each instructor treats you individually and pays attention to your form, strengths and weaknesses. This is the only gym you'll find where you walk in and the instructor checks you in my name... no cards, no ID#'s. They make an effort to learn about you because fitness is a passion to each and every one of them. Still not enough for you? You get Amy too! She's a coach, trainer and dietitian all rolled into one, and she's fabulous. Come join us!

LOVE THIS GYM!! Amy Krenz has created an amazing framily of like minded people who want to not only improve their lives through health and fitness, but want to help others achieve their health and fitness goals. Every day is different challenging workout (which the trainers will customize at a moments notice if you can't do a specific move).
Personal Training in a Group may not sound like Personal Training...but it definitely get it IS!! Class A Fitness is my HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH!!

Joining Class A Fitness was by far the best decision I have ever made for my health. The workouts are challenging, but are also great for people of all skill sets. The trainers are helpful and offer pointers on how to properly perform different moves. Each day is a new adventure! Occasionally weight loss and healthy habits challenges are offered and are a great way to get on track with your personal fitness and health goals.
Class A offers a different vibe than your typical gym. I have never felt out of place or out of my element, nor have I felt intimidated by other members; the trainers and other members are nice, helpful, easy to talk to, and are also super supportive in helping you achieve your goals.

In less than a year at 8 months I lost over 50 pounds and went from the worst shape of my life to the best. The trainers do an excellent job. The other members are very supportive. There are several "fitness challenges" offered throughout the year that encourage progress and come with nutritional advising. This is by far the best gym I've ever been a member of.

In my almost 2 years at Class A Fitness, I have had TONS of people (friends, family, coworkers, strangers...) ask what makes Class A different from every other gym out there and typically I respond "You really have to experience it to understand..."
Welp, this is my attempt to put the experience into words.
Class A is a place I have laughed, cried, swore, made some really ugly faces, sweat, stunk and ultimately accomplished more then I thought possible of myself. It has fostered confidence, friendships and strength. It has completely changed my lifestyle to something maintainable for ME...but has done the same for so many others.
It is a place where members are accountable...but not by trainers' sales commissions or club growth goals....members are accountable to eachother. Each individual is a part of the working machine that IS Class A Fitness and THAT keeps people coming back.
Never have I experienced a gym where you want to show up because you know others are counting on you for motivation and at the same time, you know that when you are dragging, others around you are able to lift you up and keep you pushing further then you thought possible.
This is a gym where both teachers and members know your name, so many know your story and there is no judgement. All of us are on a journey with individual struggles, motivations and goals---but we have one thing in common---we are all part of a family that supports us without question through our troubles and our amazing transformations.
That is what makes Class A different.

Amy, the owner of Class A is the most dedicated, transparent, and committed trainer I have ever experienced. She takes personalized interest into each of her members. She LIVES her mission and values and empowers members to find their most healthy self inside and out. This is not a Gym, this is a personalized fintess center, with group work, lead by instructors. It is one of the most amazing places I have ever seen. I have been going for 2 years, and never have had a workout repeat itself. Each workout is based on the latest evidence of strength, weight training, and cardio,

One year ago I was looking for a gym, with a good location and classes. I found Class A Fitness. Not needing to change anything, assuming all gyms were the same; my goal was to maintain status quo, it was a perk when I found out that classes were only 45 minutes. I have since learned that a high-quality, 45 minutes workout can be extremely effective. The classes here differ, not only from day-to-day of kickboxing, strength training, boot camps, but they offer a detailed variety in the arrangement of exercises within every workout. Each trainer has their own style of teaching, yet all of them are motivating, inspiring and encouraging throughout; giving instructions on form, modification and customization while tailored to all fitness levels doing this without humiliation or intimidation. There is personalized training going on constantly before, during and after classes, incorporating not only exercise, but nutrition, wellness, and goal setting.
When looking at my ‘tomorrow’, I am pumped because it is Kickboxing Monday! I am energized when I see new and old friends walking in the door because I get to workout next to them. I am secretly excited when I see sweat drops on the floor because they are mine. I am maintaining my new achieved weight because of this I am making new goals, but this time having nothing to do with my weight. I am blessed to have found Amy and her staff of personal trainers, that genuinely care about me every time I walk into Class A Fitness.

The best exercise enviroment in Milwaukee, great workouts that are different each day. GREAT instructors that care about all of us and push us when we need it. There are all shapes and sizes working out side by side and as one of the walls have "No Judgement". We are all here for our own reasons and want specific results and the 45 minutes for the class helps us all get the job done. Class A Fitness has proven to me, working out can be fun and you get a benefit of getting in shape and the clients are GREAT!

I started here in April of 2012. It is instructor led and very challenging. I find all of the instructors to be helpful, fun and certainly non-judgmental. I probably have missed less than 3% of the weekday classes. Since joining this club I have lost 30+ pounds, have been eating pretty well, and I am sure I am slowly getting into shape. I always tell Amy, "It took 52 years to build this temple, you will not be able to destroy in one year." "Why not" she might say...." you can do anything if you put your mind to it!"
