It's a great local gym with a solid assortment of equipment as well as an upstairs workout space. The facilities are kept clean and the equipment is well maintained. On top of that there's a friendly culture there. No matter where you are in your fitness journey you'll fit in.

A very nicely run small gym with probably not every piece of equipment youd ever want but certainly virtually everything you'll need. Everything is clean and in good shape and it has a pretty nice membership group that is respectful and ready sharing of workout stations, top it all off with good low rates and why would you go anywhere else?
