Club Pilates of Brookfield is just fabulous!!! For a girl who hates to work out I started with one class a week which only lasted a week before I upgraded to twice a week but due to extra credits I did three times a week so when that ran out I have to immediately go to unlimited classes. I look forward to each class I have and all instructors are amazing. They help you no matter what level you are at and you never feel on the spot. Very easy on joints with room for progression. 10/10!!

I always get a great workout in Chase’s class. With every exercise she offers variations to meet the student where they are in their practice and is always encouraging. She reminds us to be aware of our technique, gently making adjustments to our form to get the full benefit of the exercise and avoid injury. I appreciate that Chase is available both before and after class for questions or concerns. She has a great sense of humor which always helps me hang on for those last few seconds or reps. I arrange my schedule so I can take her classes! She’s the BEST!!

I primarily became a member to get back to a weekly exercise routine, that does not have the "big gym" look or feel. I NEVER expected to "heal" my aging body. I have arthritis and degenerative disc disease. After only two classes I regained pain free, full neck movement. After one month I am more aware of my posture, and have more energy during the day. Jenn is clear and precise in her class instructions, which makes me feel I am getting the most out of each routine. Jenn and Mitchell have created a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for each of us. I recently took my first CP flow class after the intro class, and it was an incredible experience. Chase, the instructor, made the class truly enjoyable. Her instructions were clear, easy to follow, and very understandable, which helped me feel confident right from the start. She provided light-touch corrections when needed, but always in a way that was supportive and non-judgmental, which made the whole experience feel comfortable and encouraging. I felt really at ease in her class, and it was a great introduction to the flow style. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to try something new in a supportive and friendly atmosphere!

I love this Pilates studio. Everyone is so kind and helpful! The classes are awesome with different levels to match where you are in your practice. The instructors are all amazing and will offer moderations if you are just starting out. I can feel how my body has become so much stronger and more flexible. I used to be bothered by lower back pain-since starting Pilates it is gone. If you’d like to become more mindful and healthier and stronger give Pilates a try. I highly recommend this studio!!

Just hit my 100 class after 5.5 months being a member at club Pilates. Next goals are trying to get to 5:30am classes & 200 classes before Easter! I am really pleased with Club Pilates- I am able to make almost daily classes between the Brookfield & Pewaukee locations with my unlimited membership. I joined Club Pilates Brookfield after taking a trial class in April. I was initially motivated to join because I was noticing a decline in my strength and flexibility. I started to see improvements in those areas pretty quickly and have also seen improved balance and posture. My nagging back pain is so much better.

There are a wide variety of classes for different preferences and goals. Besides the traditional Pilates reformer classes, they have classes that are more cardio focused, some concentrate on flexibility, some are more strength based, etc. And within each class the instructors give options to help you modify the workouts to meet you where you’re at and help you challenge yourself at your own pace. The instructors are all very knowledgeable, encouraging and supportive.

In the past exercise has often felt like a chore to me but now I actually look forward to going to class. I highly recommend checking out the studio to anyone considering it!

I've joined plenty of gyms in hopes that they would help me get in shape and become healthier. Isn't that what a gym is for? Instead, I usually was talked down to like a little kid, judged for being overweight by the staff and other members. However, as a massage therapist, I regularly tell my clients that the best exercise for their core and back is pilates, yoga, or barre. Taking my own advice, I decided to try a free session at Club Pilates - Brookfield to see if I would like it. I enjoyed the session so I started out with 4 classes to see if I would continue to like it. The staff is always energetic and friendly. Not an ounce of judgement just continuous help and encouragement. You're always greeted by name as they are truly happy to see you. The class sizes are no more than 12, which allows the trainer to give individual attention. The club is always spotless, especially the restrooms. The other patrons are friendly and usually there are shared laughs during the class. The trainers are extremely knowledge about the muscles and how they work and don't push you to go beyond your limit - giving you modifications if you need them. They're very conscientious of injuries but also encourage you to challenge yourself (Stephanie, Brooke, and Rebecca are great at that). I've fallen in love with this place and have moved to an unlimited membership - something I have never done and I think it's well worth it.

I’ve been going to this Club Pilates location for 4 months. The instructors do a great job of thoroughly explaining how to do the different exercises, what muscle groups are working, and the reason we are doing the exercises. Prior to Pilates, I was an avid lifter and I’ve notice the mind muscle connection I’ve gained in Pilates improve my lifting as well. April 2023 I tried an intro class at Club Pilates. I was a 100% sedentary person for years before this. The class was challenging but not impossible. It was low impact and the instructor was kind. She warmly welcomed me and my nervous overweight body. I started slow. One day a week for several months and as I grew stronger my confidence grew. It’s now February 2024, I’ve been doing Pilates for almost a year and I am STRONG! 💪 I go 4 days a week and have gone up a few levels. Pilates is for every body. There are all types of bodies and ages at the studio. It’s a positive environment where we celebrate each other, focus on our health and mind/body connection. Absolutely loved taking Brooke's classes. She worked my glutes so hard for the two days that I was in Brookfield that I'm sure there is not a jiggle of fat left in them. I love Club Pilates! The staff and instructors are so good! They have a lot of class options available for all different levels, but I absolutely love that the instructors cue modifications so you can make each workout fit your level or just how your body is feeling that day. I have fallen in love with Pilates and the Club Pilates Brookfield is, by far, my favorite! I look forward to my workouts each and everyday, which I can’t say about all the previous exercise routines I’ve tried, and I’ve tried them all. The instructors are so helpful and knowledgeable and the staff is always ready to greet you with a smile and warm welcome. Having injured my lower back in 1987 I’ve always found that exercise, in general, would aggregate it, but not with Pilates. My back pain is nearly nonexistent as long as I continue with my workouts. For me, Pilates will be a constant routine in my life for as long as I am able. I love it!!

I started class in the beginning of the year because I was sick of making my old lady noises when I was only 38 and I knew I had to do something different.

All of the instructors are super nice and are extremely helpful. They are never judgmental, and believe me I have no balance and laugh at my self all the time, but they don't.

I started going once a week and now I strive to go 2-3 times a week because I can not believe how much better I feel after a class. Doesn't matter if I go to a beginning of the day class or a class after a long work day I always feel better after.

I recommend going to a class to see how it feels for you. Once you go to one, you will want to keep on coming!!

I originally started at a Club Pilates in Illinois and was only attending 1 time week, because I was also working with a trainer at my local gym. After having bariatric surgery last October, I wanted to find an exercise program that was not only enjoyable, but one that would keep me coming. I’ve found that in Pilates. Jenn and team at Brookfield (I’ve been to many of the instructors) are professional, kind, and funny (stir the hip like you’re making hip-soup)! I signed up with my mom and sister in Feb, and have seen myself grow with strength, stability, and confidence. The instructors want to see you succeed: no one is worried about your size, shape, or age, they truly care about your health and wellbeing. I can’t say enough about what Pilates has done for me and my many ailments; it’s lessened my IT band pain, helped me strengthen the muscles surrounding my knee (osteoarthritis), and helped me stabilize my ankle (surgery 6 years ago). Not to mention my the core strength I’ve gained that’s helped my back- yea I’ve had surgery on that too! Everything can be modified, so every ability can workout. One of the best decisions I’ve made is joining Club Pilates Brookfield.

Love Club Pilates in Brookfield! When moving to the area from out of state, I was on the hunt for a fitness club that felt comfortable, welcoming, and had great instructors! After just one class, I knew it was the gym home for me! The front desk staff greeted me and helped me get settled, the instructor took time to talk to me personally before class, and the owner made a point to introduce herself. I’ve been a member now for months and love it more and more each time I’m in!

Barre has been my “go-to” workout for 8 years, but I needed something a little more practical in terms of proximity. Club Pilates is just that; it’s in the plaza right in front of our house. I can walk there during summer.

There are a variety of class offerings each day. I found that the unlimited package worked best for me to get in the classes I want (5:30 am). Brooke teaches most, if not all, those classes, and she’s really good. I like her because she makes “hands-on” corrections but doesn’t make me feel singled out. Her classes, even Level 1, are tough. I guarantee that I can hold a plank longer after all the planks she incorporated into classes in December.

Regardless of which package you choose, be cognizant of their cancellation timeframes. I think there are very few cases where they’ll waive the fee.

I’ve been a member since June or July and am definitely glad I joined. If you haven’t taken the free intro, it’s worth the half hour to learn more.

I visited Club Pilates Brookfield for the free intro class hoping this was the low impact workout that would alleviate some pain in my joints due to rheumatoid arthritis (RA). I am 55 years old, a little lumpy and not a huge fan of going to the gym. When I walked through the door and was met by Lisa’s friendly smile, I immediately felt accepted and welcome. How does she do that all in one smile? Well, this place is pretty special on a couple of different levels. Most importantly, attending classes 3+ times a week improved my mobility so much I was moving easier and experiencing less pain. Being ecstatic about pain free movement sold me on the amazing benefits of Pilates but then my jeans fit better and dresses weren’t grabbing onto my rolls! I have never been a very physically active person…I’m an artist and I have spent all my time since childhood hunched over my work. At 40, I started to feel the results of this lifestyle. I saw an ad on Instagram and thought it looked like the kind of low impact workout I needed, so I signed up for the free class. I was amazed how I felt after just a half hour, and the instructor was so kind and funny. It was a great intro as it wasn’t “hard” but I definitely felt it. I felt muscles I didn’t know I had for a couple days, and that told me I needed to really try and commit to this. I have left every session since with a feeling of euphoria, it really induces an exercise high! I’m also not in pain from the moment I get out of bed in the morning anymore, and I *finally* have more energy throughout the day. My husband even noticed I was standing straighter and walking taller, which is a big deal because my posture has always been terrible. I just feel so much stronger and healthier…and my doctor is really happy that I’m doing it! It’s pretty much the best I’ve ever felt in my life, and I’ve only been doing this for a few months so far.

It’s also a place of zero judgement. The instructors always encourage us to listen to our bodies, and remind us that even if we can’t do a certain move right now, that doesn’t mean we’ll never be able to do it. I never feel bad when I can’t do something because I honestly see improvement every week, it’s amazing. It’s just so wonderful, everyone is encouraging, and it’s the best money I ever invested in myself.
The benefits to my body have been phenomenal, but the benefits to my mental health cannot be understated. It is truly life changing. I love it!

I joined Club Pilates about 3 months ago after swimming competitively for 12 years and taking a break from exercise. In the past 3 months I have noticed significant changes in my posture and overall strength.
The app is very easy to use and I like that I’m sent a remind before class, and the added bonus of the waitlist feature.
I also appreciate that the studio is always clean and smells of essential oils. I’ve only taken classes with Brooke so far, she does a great job with queuing not only to get
you into the moves but what you should be thinking about while doing them. She also offers modifications for people with injuries, or if you’d like to make something more difficult. The other instructors I’ve encountered have all been very nice as well. Each week we do something different, which helps keep class exciting.

With having to deal with my husband having a heart attack back in November which in his cardiac rehab we did together has taught me you have to take care of yourself first before you can help him out and dealing with my fathers death which is why I joined. My trainers Jenn, Brooke and Stephanie are always helping me out and have been really truly amazing! This is something I chose to do for myself and not only do I feel better but I also look better to. Thank you to club Pilates and my trainers for pushing me to do better and overall be the best person I can be! I highly recommend anyone to give this place a try! You will fall in love like I did.

I can't express enough how much pilates has helped me both physically as well as mentally.
I have Rheumatoid Arthritis. Even with RA, when I was younger I was able to lift weights, run, use ellipticals and other machines at the gym. I'm 60 now and haven't been able to do those type workouts in years due to the joint stress/pain. The reformers used at the club are perfect. I take 3 to 4 classes a week and I do not have joint pain afterward. I just feel great!
Also, I've been working from home for awhile now and at the beginning, I had a hard time separating work from personal life. Going to class after I finished working gave me the separation I needed.
I took the Intro Class almost two years ago and it's been wonderful from there on out.
These are some of the things I enjoy about the Brookfield location. The team is friendly and makes the studio environment fun. They are also serious about helping you get the most out of class. You can be outgoing or more of an introvert and fit in either way. Age doesn't matter. Very clean. There is no competition. Your focus is completely on yourself and we all need some of that in our life!

This is a great Pilates Club. The instructors are so helpful and knowledgeable! Took my first Cardio Sculpt class tonite! Brooke did a great job giving me detailed instructions and she is a great motivator to keep you going. I try to go as often as I can. After a Pilates class you feel a sense of accomplishment. Jenn got me hooked after I took her Intro class 3 months ago!

My husband and I joined Club Pilates in Brookfield in January of this year and we couldn’t be happier with our decision to join!

The club is so inviting! Every member of the staff always greets you with a smile and they immediately know you by name! You can feel the positive attitude in the staff and clientele each and every visit!

The classes are great! They’re challenging, yet kind on your body and feels safe! Every instructor has their own unique style which I love. They are so supportive and want you to get as much out of their class as possible. They even help you with modifications if you’re suffering from an injury or just need special attention to a certain area.

I would highly recommend anyone that’s looking for a fun, unique and safe way to exercise to check it out, you won’t be sorry!! 🙂

Club Pilates Brookfield is THE place to get stronger, leaner, and healthier! It’s great to see their growth over the last few years! I get bored from mundane and repetitive workouts but this place managed to keep me on my toes. Their instructors are experts who bring a variety of pilates routines and spunk to the class. I’ve noticed a great difference in my posture, balance, coordination and overall confidence. I enjoy seeing happy and greeting faces at the door that never go unnoticed. Every Saturday, my sister, mom, and I go to Club Pilates Brookfield to take class with Jenn. Two of our friends have started joining us, so our Pilates gang is growing! Each of us has something different going on with our bodies - I’m in physical therapy for my right elbow and shoulder, for example - and we always feel safe with Jenn. She is smart, funny, compassionate, tough, and welcoming, no matter what you look like, no matter what you have going on. The class is made up of young and old. There’s music for everyone, from West Coast hip-hop to Elton John radio. I’ve laughed. I’ve cried. I’ve elicited a groan from my classmates for asking to do more planks. I’ve felt the good kind of sore the next day. I’ve taken Pilates classes in NYC and Los Angeles and am thrilled that my hometown has such a top notch studio. The entire staff is awesome. Our Pilates gang has taken class with Brooke and Stefanie, too, so we can tell you, all the instructors are amazing. If I could go every day, I would, and my body and mind would be better for it.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! More than anything the warm and welcoming environment is hard to beat. Staff and participants alike are so friendly. The instructors are attentive and offer suggestions and modification based on where you are that day. I can feel my range of motion improving and my body getting stronger. I always feel like my cup has been filled when I leave. Highly recommend!!

Club Pilates Brookfield has truly changed my life. I was very nervous from my first class but Angela at the front desk put my nerves at ease right away. She always has a smile on her face and welcomes you in. The instructors are amazing and you really start to get to know everyone. It’s like a big pilates family!
