My two sons were formally going to Midwest Twisters, I pulled them out after I paid so I was given a credit. When I noticed the name change on the sign, I called and was told my credits were still going to be honored when my children were ready to re-enroll. I specifically asked if there was an expiration on the credit and they said no. My kids asked to go back so I decided to reenroll today and I reminded CCA about the credit I had on my account. They told me that it would no longer be honored and said they emailed me. When I asked for the email, they couldn’t find it. The business manager, who I spoke to on the phone, refused my request to speak to the owner. It’s unfortunate because my kids really liked the instructor and specifically asked for miss Stephanie. If I was told my credits weren’t honored the first time I called, I honestly would have been fine with it.

Great gym. The staff is great with kids and take sanitary precautions - having the kids use hand sanitizer before moving on to the next station. There are a couple of parent observation areas.

They have a really fun toddler time as well. My children enjoy being students and MWT.

The main coach there Katie has a bad attitude with a smart mouth and she takes situations very personally which I see to be very unprofessional and my daughter been going to this gym and still does and this is the thanks we get.I don't like that they only have level 5 as the highest level ... so if ur child completes all levels up to 5 she or he will not be able to advance or get thought any thing else ... in order to advance he or she will have to join the team which I see doesn't make sense... u pay all that money only to be cut off at a certain level if u you can't afford to have your child in the team. You should be able to advance and learn all routines in gymnastics if your paying for gymnastics lessons rather if your child is not on a team or not...

We love taking our child to preschool open gyms! The gym is clean and the staff is very friendly and professional 😁 We have a very active child and she loves spending her time with Miss Katie and the rest of the preschoolers! The fun is endless, you won’t be disappointed.

The Saturday Ninja class is so much fun for these little guys! They go from station to station working on different skills. It is wonderful seeing them grow every week! All of the instructors are professional and do their best to keep the kids on track! Thank you Midwest Twisters!!
