I went a few years ago and it seemed like he was trying to make it feel like more of just a regular gym experience than a learning to become a boxer experience I mean if I just wanted to run on the treadmill and do the bicycle all day I would go to Planet Fitness For $10 a month or something but for $50 a month I'm expecting to learn how to fight not to just do a regular work out which I can do for much cheaper at other places

I was referred to this gym by my father in law for a good workout, My friend and I had a great workout and people were friendly, and fun. We will be returning.
