I'm a member of a group of seniors at CrossFit 608. We do all the CrossFit exercises, but at a more "relaxed" rate. We have a great time working out with Katie, who pushes us (gently) to become stronger, more fit and flexible.

Do you want a fun light hearted place to get some spinning done? Don't come here. Want a work out to exhaust yourself to the point your not entirely sure you won't die in about an hour and then get back to your day? I have trained a lot of different places the last 20 years. If you live in the 608 area quit wasting your time and money and come directly here. Eric and his coaches are knowledgeable and work one on one with you before you start a class to ensure good form and that cross fit is a good fit for you. I’m hooked and absolutely love this place and the environment here.

This is a tough one to review because of all the different coaches. Definitely worth a shot. If you do a class and find that you didn't like the coaching, wait and try a different one.

Awesome owner, trainers and members! They all provide encouragement, help to teach you the exercises with continuous feedback for proper form, etc... and the workouts are killer! I've seen great results in the past 3 months since I started... dropped 20+lbs, stronger, improved performance for other sports (endurance and vertical for VB, PR's running, etc). Join now! Worth every penny to achieve desired results and improved quality of life!

I dropped in at CF 608, while visiting a friend's parents in Janesville, this weekend. What an awesome box! The members were friendly, coaching was comprehensive, facility and equipment was in excellent condition, and programming as a$$-kicking! All that you would want in a box - I felt right at home. If I'm ever back in Janesville, I will stop back in at CF 608. Thanks again!
