I really like this gym, new here everything seems decent. It would be nice if they had some more flat weight benches through out, the only thing I don’t like is the gym seems to stay pretty warm, almost to warm for a gym so keeping it cooler would be nice, especially when it’s busy and lots of body heat through out

My girlfriend and I were in town for the Thanksgiving Miami vs. Green Bay game and visited Crunch in Appleton, WI. The outstanding service and warm welcome started with JJ at the front desk. Furthermore, the establishment was clean and functional full of newer/well maintained StarTrac equipment. For a larger gym, everyone stays in their lane and is friendly. Hours are great also. Exceptional facility for the price. Equipment is well maintained and workout areas are always kept clean. Staff is always kind, welcoming and courteous. I have been a member of numerous gyms throughout the years, but Crunch is the nicest pure workout facility I've used. The only noticeable exclusion is a pool , but they do offer hot yoga . Definitely have Crunch on your short list. You won't regret it.

This place either made an error or lied about their preferred payment scheme, charged me a late fee due to their own error, provided "notice" in the form of something indistinguishable from a scam call, and refused to waive the late fees caused be their own error. They are rough to work with when you try and cancel your plan they don't let you call and cancel even if you can identify yourself fully.
they make you come in and sign which makes it harder when you already have packed days. and if you are within 10 days of a bill your getting charged a whole month still after you already sign the document. When you ask them to refund it pr not charge it they say they will just send your bill to collections and push the canceling agreement out to your next bill date

The main downside are the fees -- there's a fee for almost everything (a fee to change your membership plan, a fee to cancel your membership, a fee to hold membership when you're out of the country, a fee to pay with credit card, a one fee added onto your annual membership for equipment update, a small fee added to your monthly membership fee in addition to tax, etc etc etc).
