Kameelah is by far the best group fitness instructor. I can honestly say, if there isn’t a Spin, Barbell or Pilates class with her training, I’ll probably not go (I’m sure others are great). I joined this location just before it opened. I have had a good experience there so far. I have dealt with multiple employees, and they have all been very helpful. I also signed up for a trainer. Colin is super understanding and listens to me and my capabilities. I have taken multiple classes as well. I can’t say enough about Kameelah, Kristin D., Kristin G., and Colin as instructors for the classes they teach. They all have a passion for what they do. I have had encounters with Qeyontice (Q) and Titan as well. I would recommend trying it out.

The wipes for cleaning the equipment are freakenly out. But when they are in stock, the garbage cans are always overfull they need to be empty more often .An alot of the equipment padding is wore down. Recently visited as of today! The gym was super packed ! I was with my 12 year old . There were no machines to go on and the young African American personal trainer was teaching a class around 6:30 pm I had no idea of and I tried to do a quick dumbbell set . I had my headphones on so I didn’t hear that she said there was a class being held . She embarrassed me in front of my child by yelling at me not once but twice ! I never received a tour of the gym so I did not know what areas were designated for classes ! I ended my workout early and left in tears ! I will definitely be cancelling my membership! Such a disappointing experience !

the gym itself is alright, nothing special, but the employees will lie to you while they sign you up. i just wanted to try crunch out for a month and specifically asked the employee multiple times if i had to pay the annual fee if i canceled within a month and he told me i did NOT have to, now i want to cancel my membership but need to pay the egregious annual fee before they let me. so be careful, they will say anything to get you to sign up. would not recommend, i wouldn’t have signed up if i knew i would have to pay these fees.

I give this a one star due to couple of issues I talk about the positive first. The trainers are nice and funny, they have sense of humor I love it. The weight are dope, clean doesn't smell huge plus.

The cons: The management need to have a better dress code, the women there are doing to much. Please management read this carefully before you have a lawsuit by a guy. We are not hear to see women see through leggings you can see their private area. Boots hanging out posing in a sexual way. We have 15 year old working out with their parents.

2nd con: harassment A guy was harassed about his daughter. A black younger lady asked him is this his daughter how old is she. One of the staff questioned him and passed him off. This guy is a well known boxer in Milwaukee and a advocated for the youth. You guys need to fix this before you have issues in your gym. You may not read this thats okay, God will handle this in due time.

The equipment here is awesome. That’s the reason it doesn’t get 1 star. They are literally always out of equipment wipes. Half or all of the toilet stalls are always out of toilet paper and toilets clogged. The water heater has been “out” for a month meaning zero hot water for showers. I understand this is basically planet fitness with better equipment but come on man should at least once/day having the staff make rounds to check these things. It’s not hard.

I received the worst service from a rude district manager. She also began to talk bad about me to staff In my face. I was later told she was new in her position. That’s unfortunate. She won’t last unless she changes get attitude. The customers who witnessed this walked up to me and couldn’t believe it either. We also discussed new gyms in the area and plan to check them out. I was encouraged to write this by staff who were also saddened by how I was treated.

Impossible to get ahold of. I spent three Months, actively emailing and calling 1 to 3 times a week to get my membership changed. And I am still yet to hear anything or even get a call or email back.
I got so annoyed with it. I tried to cancel my account, but they still did not reach out and they still kept pulling money from my account so I had to Do a stop through my actual bank account for them to start pulling out money and then they started pulling out using my debit card so I now have to cancel my debit card.
It should not be this hard to get a hold of a gym. I originally wanted to upgrade my membership to the peak membership, but because it’s been so impossible to get a hold of anybody now I don’t want to go here at all.

I had a terrible and humiliating experience at the Crunch Fitness Brookfield, WI location on May 17th around noon. I scanned in, used the restroom, and went to the LED sauna. When I returned, the scanner wasn’t working. I asked the front desk for help, and a man named Jeff, who claimed to be the manager, yelled at me to “leave” and refused to assist.
He ignored me while helping others, insulted me by calling me “animated,” and yelled at my guest, saying “who’s even talking to you?” in front of everyone. I was shocked at how aggressive and dismissive he was. No one at the desk stepped in to stop him or offer support in deescalating the situation.
As a paying member, I should never have to deal with that kind of verbal abuse and unprofessionalism. I hope Crunch takes this seriously and makes changes—no one deserves to be treated like this. Update 07/09/2025. The district manager reached out to me that following Monday morning . She was very prompt and professional and informed me it was being addressed. Tony the manager also was able to address my issue and the situation. Besides this situation all the staff and the location are top tier! I was very impressed with how well they handled the situation.

I prefer this place over planet fitness. Plenty of equipment, you dont have to wait for someone to get up. Customer service was great. They a few classes, that I was willing to try. I think they need more skilled instructors. Also, I tried the free 1 day personal trainer. He did absolutely nothing. It made me not want to get a personal trainer.
