Stop playing ghetto music, all I hear is rap that spreads negative energy and attitude in the gym, you can do high tempo gym music to get people moving, the choice of music played is just trashy, unethical and unprofessional, playing music that promotes violence in a gym is not acceptable, I have had it with the staff and music, you walk in and your in a good mood, you get drilled with 45
Min worth of rap music and you leave with a massive headache. Leave this type of music for the north side please. We are not in the north side of Milwaukee!

Please install air filters in the restrooms, it’s unreal how bad it smells in there as there is no proper ventilation, I spoke to one of my gym colleagues and he said the same thing about the restrooms, ventilation in the restroom is a must, i have never been to a restroom in a gym that smelt as bad as crunch restrooms, come on guys it’s not the customers fault you are being cheap to install ventilation in the restrooms, the smell is way too toxic and I will be reaching out to the health department. This is not right, management and owners are not doing anything about this issue although it’s been brought to their attention by other club members, seems like it’s time to switch gyms

They are consistently out of wipes to wipe down gym equipment. It’s really disappointing that after many months of attending this gym they haven’t been able to fix this problem. I now have to bring Lysol wipes with me every time I come. Highly considering switching gyms soon because of this.

I workout here regularly and usually it’s fine.
Lately the cable attachments have been missing, multiple machines have been broken but today when I asked for the spray or disinfectant to wipe my machine down since it was no where to be located they stated they have been out for days and don’t want staff away from the desk to refill the spray bottles or wipes. This is unsanitary and gross. I will be changing gym memberships.

Crunch greenfield is my home gym and I stopped going for a while and yesterday was my first day back. Jeff remembered me and was so welcoming and nice as always. Asked me how I was doing; definitely felt like I never left. I absolutely love this gym. Everyone is so nice and takes the time to know their members. The Zumba instructor kept making videos while her friends took over class. I’m not happy about it as I pay this gym to come and workout not to be on video. I have had to address this in the past and complained about other Zumba instructors and friends making videos. Please ask them to stop! Thank you.

I am thrilled that Crunch opened on 27th Street. Like the Hales Corners location, the Zumba classes at Greenfield are EXCELLENT! Please try Zumba with Rosario and Adriana. I've been a Zumba dancer in New York since 2009 when it first came to the city. I trained with Irena Meletiou who trained all the New York instructors. I can tell you candidly that Rosario and Adriana are two of the best teachers I have ever had. It doesn't matter what your level is - beginner or advanced. Come and join us and you will start to love working out and want to come every day!

The front desk staff is really, really nice and welcoming. The manager Jeff obviously cares about the quality of everything. There are plenty of new machines. The only negative is some of the clientele at this location who spoil it for other members. I would recommend Crunch gets rid of its cheapest membership option for $10/month to weed these jerks out.

I love Crunch! I was always scared to come back to the gym after being away for so long, but Crunch has become my safe haven from the world now. Shoutout to Hailey for being the best trainer who pushes me to be the best I can be!! And to Jeff, Matt, and Uli for being the smiling faces I see every time I say “Good morning!”.
