Been going to this gym for almost a decade now. Corey is great, knowledgeable and encouraging, and I'm getting fitter every day. Highly recommend this to anybody that wants to lift weights at a reasonable price with a small group instead of the crowd of strangers at bigger gyms.

I never thought of myself as someone who would join a gym. What Corey has created is a supportive community that welcomes "regular people" like me - even though uber athletes lift there, too. Since working out with him I have gained strength, confidence and motivation. He knows when to encourage me to work toward a goal that is within my reach but that I may not have considered. Yes, it feels great when it's over...but Corey makes the journey to fitness itself challenging and fun. I sleep better, I make better food choices, and I move more than ever. I am grateful.

I have been training with Corey Digman at Digman Fitness for over a year. My goals are to lose inches, lose pounds, gain strength and gain power for my main sports of nordic skiing in the winter and barefoot waterskiing in the summer. Corey has done an incredible job of designing my program to hit all of my goals throughout the year. Not only do I train one on one with Corey, I attend a weekly class and follow an online program, where he designs a workout I can do at my gym on the other days. This schedule has allowed my to max out my strength training during the week. He has exceeded my initial expectations and continues to push me to be better. I am so pleased with my results. I feel strong and am able to lift more. I am doing well in my competitions. I have lost body fat and inches. I have learned an incredible amount from Coreyβs extensive knowledge on gaining strength and improving fitness. Training with Corey is hard work and FUN! Corey is an excellent coach, communicator and motivator. From a technical standpoint, he is top notch. He knows when you need a push, and when a push might be too much. His verbal cues and eye for corrections on posture are outstanding. As a Physical Therapist, I feel very confident that he can work safely around various musculoskeletal limitations and impairments. I've been taken with his professionalism, and passion for helping each athlete feel comfortable in the weight room.

I have been working with Cory for a very long time. I really enjoy his personality of making the classes fun and outgoing. The amount of energy he has, makes me feel like Iβm in a fun gym. He is very good with modifying the workouts. When your body is feeling different. He brings a lot of laughter to the gym. Through all the results I have gained more strength and endurance. It has really helped me with recreational sports.

Corey Digman is a very knowledgeable coach and makes sure that he is focusing on whatβs the best for you and your body. His sessions are very well organized with the combination of strength training and conditioning in each session. He gives personal attention to each participant even in the group sessions and makes those fun by his great sense of humor.

This is my favorite place i have ever worked out, and focused on my own wellness. Coming here takes the stress off of me to plan my workouts, Corey creates a new workout that focuses on specific areas daily. These workouts are fun, engaging, exciting, foster a sense of community and allows me to take my mind off all of the other things in my daily life. 10/10 would highly recommend to anyone! I look forward to my workouts with Corey. He has such a fun and goofy spirit, and he always puts me in a good mood. He is very mindful of my previous injuries and watches closely to make sure I'm doing each exercise with good form. I used to get bored of repetitive workouts, but with Corey I feel like each day is different. I'm feeling stronger than ever. He offers family friendly workout classes, which my kids adore. There is a rock wall, peg board and an activity corner for the kids. They're always enthusiastic to go exercise with Corey, and I love how he encourages fitness through play. Gold stars all around. We're so pleased with Digman Fitness!

As with any training/fitness program, you get out what you put in. Corey will help and inspire you to put in everything you have and then some. His workouts will push you and if you are willing to accept the challenge, you will improve. You will get more out of an hour at this facility than at any other fitness class in Madison. 5/5.

Love Corey's energy and ability to work with people of all ages and fitness levels. I have osteoporosis and want to be pushing myself to do strength training ... but without getting injured. I feel welcome at Digman Fitness even though I am not a body builder. I can work out along side the serious lifters and the people who are a bit older than me. Corey always modifies and monitors what I am doing to be appropriate for my fitness and strength levels. I get personalized attention in a group setting. The best of both worlds.

I've attended classes at Digman Fitness for the last couple of months and plan to continue for as long as I can. Corey makes every workout fun with his upbeat personality and energy (even at 6am!), but more importantly he is very knowledgable. He pushes me way past what I think I can do, but also listens when I need to modify an exercise. I have gained so much strength since I first started with Corey and am so thankful for his encouragement and passion for helping others. When I miss a class, he always e-mails me to check in. I love that he follows up with me and encourages me even when I'm not at the gym - this is something I have never experienced with a trainer before.
