Amazing workout! I’ve been to many gyms and done a variety of classes/ flavors of exercise. Nothing compares to Discover Strengths 1:1 coaching. Every session I’ve been challenged and surprise myself with how strong I am! The 30 minute sessions fit very easily into my family life. Workouts are customized to my goals and history of injury. Highly recommend.

My workouts at DS Hudson are amazing, full body in 30 minutes, under supervision of a knowledgeable exercise physiologist. I could never workout anywhere close to this intensity and efficiency on my own.

Discover Strength is incredible! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and makes every workout efficient and effective. I love that the time commitment is so low, yet the results are real—you don’t have to spend hours in the gym to see progress. From day one, everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and they even knew my name right away. It truly feels like a personalized experience every time I walk in. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love Discover Strength. All the instructors are very knowledgeable and able to meet you wherever you are in your strength journey. I have gotten so much stronger in a fairly short period of time and this has boosted my daily activity tremendously. It is efficient, effective and fun! Love Discover Strength! I am so glad they’ve come to Hudson — it’s been a total game changer for me (and now I even do virtual sessions if I’m traveling!) I mostly train with Kaitlyn, and she is seriously the best. I love the support and knowledge I get from her and the rest of the staff. They’re always so friendly and welcoming — I get greeted by name every time I walk in, and it honestly just sets such a good tone for the whole session.
The trainers are so professional, but also really down to earth and fun. They follow a clear proven process, but they always make sure to modify the workout to fit my goals and needs. I love that! No cookie-cutter workouts here. For example, I had a shoulder injury and Kaitlyn adjusted the machines and weights to prevent any further injury and to regain motion and strength. And in just 30 minutes, she always somehow manages to work every single muscle — it’s intense, but in the best way. I always leave feeling like I did something great for myself, and can actually run errands or head to work right from my session if I need to. So convenient.
Also, another major shoutout because there’s a great mix of ages and health and fitness levels, and there’s zero judgement. Just good energy and encouragement. The trainers definitely push me beyond what I think I can do, but in such a motivating and positive way that I’m actually glad they do.

I started Discover Strength to get strong after having 3 kids and it’s beat all expectations. I’ve gotten stronger, lost weight, and improved my mental health. Not to mention all the trainers are so kind, customize your workout to cater to your wants/needs, and hold you accountable to be your best self. Highly recommend!

Discover Strength gives you a total body workout, even though you don’t necessarily break a sweat. It has machines that work every separate muscle group on your body. And it has trainers who are attentive, knowledgeable, and hard-working. I was introduced to it as a Christmas gift from a daughter, and have found it to be extremely helpful a year plus later.

Finally, I have found a place to improve my strength without injury and without hours of time, 2x a week 30 minutes max and in a month I’m already seeing results. They offer one on one and group sessions. The group sessions are a little more affordable. It is more expensive than a big box gym membership like the Y or planet fitness but it’s worth it because you’re not having to spend a ton of time to get the results and you have oversight to make sure that you’re not injured yourself I would definitely recommend giving it a try. Especially if you’re coming back after an injury or surgery, this is definite the place you wanna go.

Highly recommend! I love that there is no “guesswork” - someone is coaching you how fast/slow you need to go, helping with form, keeping track of weights and reps, and altering for past injuries. Huge perk is that it keeps me accountable, too! So glad I joined ❤️

I started going to Discover Strength and it’s been an amazing experience! I was having problems with my knee and my neck and they put together an amazing workout that really catered to me. They have a ton of knowledge, they are super friendly and the facility is beautiful! I would 10/10 recommend trying them out, you won’t regret it!
