I'm totally enjoying my workouts at Discover Strength. I like the pace with no downtime, the 30 minute workouts seem to go fast and are efficient. The equipment is state of the art. I leave DS feeling good about myself and believe I am more toned. Nathan the personal trainer is very motivating and his encouragement makes the workout enjoyable. Thank you Nathan and DS.

I’ve been doing strength training here for 6 months. 30 minutes twice! I have gained so much muscle strength and look forward to my workouts, even though they are hard!! Kate and Gavin are both wonderful exercise physiologist that will push you, cheer for you, and make sure you are lifting safely. Highly recommend!!

Hands down the best workout experience I’ve ever had! The 30-minute sessions, just twice a week, are so convenient and easy to fit into a busy schedule. Kate and Gavin and both AMAZING- very knowledgeable, motivating, and make you feel at ease. I never thought I’d actually look forward to working out, but that is truly the case at DS. I find myself telling everyone about it! Highly recommend.

I have struggled to incorporate a good strength training program into my routine largely because the traditional 3 reps of slow movements is boring and I’ve also never had correct form or have seen results-no more now that I’ve found discover strength. 2x/week whole body - 1 rep/exercise. Done. Relaxing atmosphere small group or 1:1 which is perfect for me. Perfection. It’s a little spendy at $65/1:1 session and $40/ group session but you can choose to do just 1x/ week too and it’s worth it to have guidance so that it’s as effective as possible while not incurring injuries. I was sore but not the so sore you can’t move the next day. If you aren’t sure you’ll like it they offer totally free no strings attached sessions that are real sessions not just 10 minute promos. I’ve done 3 sessions and can feel the difference already and swear I’m starting to see it too. Lastly- Kaitlyn and team LOVE to make it fun and offer small group free trial events for your school, sports team, church, ladies nite-it spreads the word for them and lets you and yours try it out! That is how I found it! Stop in - they r open Saturdays and Sundays too!!!

After only five sessions I am absolutely floored by everything about this program. Nathan the trainer is excellent; he's professional, knowledgeable, organized, and motivational. The facilities are very clean, the equipment is new, the workouts are intense and surprisingly effective for how short they are. Could not recommend it more for anyone who is willing to give 100% in exchange for rapid results.

I came across Discover Strength on FB and decided to check out what they had to offer. I recently had decided I need to make increasing strength to be a priority in my mid-life to maintain and improve my health and mobility. I also at the same time committed to another local workout facility with a group personal training scenario to compare. I couldn't wait for my commitment to the other place to finish and I could go twice a week meeting with Nathan at DS. The program DS offers, along with Nathan's positive attitude make me want to show up each time and give it my all. The workout is only 30 minutes or 45 with a partner so it goes super fast. Usually I'm like, "we are done already?!" I am amazed at my strength progress and the feedback and progress reports are super fun to see on a graph/chart. They keep my workouts electronically with my weights on each machine and even my personal setting for my height and reach. I definitely plan to keep going with this for the long haul. Nate is a fantastic trainer and this program is challenging but you get results! It's exactly as advertised - 30 minutes for 2x a week. I have gone consistently for a month and have already lost weight and gained muscle tone. The studio is clean, the equipment is state of the art, and Nate is very knowledgeable and motivating. Very efficient and effective workout!!
