We had such a great experience hosting our child’s birthday party here! We rented the space for three hours and had about 50 guests total—around 30 of them were kids ages 2-10 —and everyone had an absolute blast. The bounce houses were a huge hit, and the space was clean, safe, and perfectly set up when we arrived. Sheila and her team were fantastic to work with—very attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. The tables were already set up with tablecloths available, which made setup super easy. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend this place for a fun, stress-free party! Lots of friends commented on how nice of a space was set up and how much FUN the kids had. We are so appreciative of having someone here local in Hartford that offers such a fun opportunity space for a party. Bring more waters than you think you’ll need the kids will be WAY thirstier than expected from all the bouncing time! 😂

Constant yelling at young children, shaming them, and just outright lack of care. Somedays it felt impossible to get in the building to pick up my child because their ring doorbell was always out of service or not being answered. My child was scared to go there and we ended up pulling her. I made sure to follow THEIR policy handbook because I had heard rumors in the community about how money hungry they are. I would NEVER send my child there ever.

Enrolling our child in childcare at the dream center was the best decision we’ve ever made! The staff are amazing and literally dedicate their lives to these kids! Not to mention the effort they put in to ensuring the kids have a blast each and every day by going on field trips, playing in the gym, bounce house parties, and making the cutest projects to bring home! I have seen my daughter grow and learn so much in just one year here from counting to 100 to learning to write. It is an amazing place and I would recommend everyone bring their children here!!

My son has been going to the dream center for before and after school care for the past 4 years. He LOVES it and so do I! The staff is great with the kids, the atmosphere is fun and energetic and always welcoming!! They have events for kids of all ages as well as programs that you can enroll in.

Our 3.5 year old LOVES going to school and seeing Miss Alexis every day! She is so kind and sweet to her students, while also maintaining boundaries and rules. She is understanding and compassionate to the littles in her care. My little man comes home with artwork every single day, which I love to pin on our bulletin board! He has learned so much since being at the Dream Center - even the days of the week and the months of the year! He sings songs he learns in school and loves to talk about his friends at school. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. ❤️❤️

We held my daughter's 10th birthday at the Dream Center. The process was very easy. The day of experience was a joy for the guests and for us as the hosts. We selected the all inclusive package and the two employees working the party were fantastic. They were great at keeping the kids engaged in the games and taking care of all the details throughout the event - packing up the packages after the gift opening, cutting and distributing the cake, and anything else that was needed. It was one of the easiest kid parties I've ever hosted. Everyone had a wonderful time.

I had my daughter's bounce house birthday party at Dream Center and it turned out wonderfully! Even though we had a minor scheduling snafu, Sheila went out of her way to ensure everything went off without a hitch. She and her team took care of everything and promptly shooed me away if I tried to help. It was awesome to be able to just sit back and enjoy the day. The kids had a great time and got lots of awesome feedback from the guests too. Would highly recommend!

Working with Alexis and Sheila from Energizers was truly an amazing experience! They came in fully prepared and wasted no time! It was so great to have them be so organized and have had everything well thought out! Not only were they encouraging, they gave us some great tips that our team will be using for the competition season! What was also so great about them was that they really wanted to keep in touch with us to see us improve from now till nationals! It really showed how thoughtful they are! My daughter has been attending the Dream Center in many different capacities over the last five years. She attended pre-k at the Dream Center School and the education and teachers were amazing. She had been apart of the studio and competition dance teams with the Energizers and she has thrived. The program is top notch and the coaches and staff work really hard to not only win championships but grow the dancers to becoming strong, independent leaders. You will not find a more passionate studio. We love our Dream Center and Energizer family.

I am so comforted as a parent to have my kids at the Dream Center after spending many years growing up in the Energizers dance program myself. Within a few weeks of attending, our 4-year old son was bringing home more projects than I think the entirety of his previous time in other day cares. He is engaged in learning more than ever and loves doing tumbling as an added bonus! Our daughter does the before and after school program in addition to being on the MARVELOUS MINI TEAM this year! There are too many benefits to mention with her competing on the Energizer Dance Team. Not only is she making so much progress in dance, but she started learning and demonstrating improved positive behavior at school and at home, which is invaluable to me. Not to mention how much our kids LOVE the staff. With two full-time working parents, the Dream Center is an extension of our home for our kids. It is truly a family environment with a strong focus on academics as well as social and emotional well-being (and DANCE!). Our kids get so much more individualized attention than anywhere else we have been. I cannot express enough gratitude to have the Dream Center caring for our kids and family as a whole.

I have grown up through the Dream Center my whole life and I would definitely recommend putting your children through both the school and dance program! From starting out as a student in the Dream Center and dancing competitively for 12 years for the Energizers, I have learned life-long lessons, I have grown as a leader, and I have been given so many opportunities that helped me grow into the person I am today! My daughter loves attending the Dream Center for dance and daycare. She wakes up so excited to go and learn each day. When it comes time for dance she is ready to go and walks out with the biggest smile on her face. I truly love seeing the smile on her face and the respect, dedication and hard work she is learning at such a young age from her teachers and coaches. My husband and I are so grateful to see how much progress she has made at such a young age from learning in the classroom or a new move on the dance floor.

The Dream Center is a fantastic facility! My daughter really loves the staff members and was prepared to start 4k this year thanks to the great education she received from the Dream Center! The staff is very welcoming and makes the kids feel very comfortable and loved :)

I would choose Zero stars! Terrible dance company. DON'T JOIN!
Absolutely NOT. This program treated my daughter and myself terribly. They harassed us, were disrespectful, lied to us, were greedy and showed no compassion. My daughter had to stop dancing with the Energizers per her Doctors orders. After we left, her coach and owners were terrible to us. Eventually they sued us. A few days ago the judge ruled in our favor! They lost. This is a company that values money over people. They were so consumed with money that they lost sight of why my daughter had to stop dancing. They never asked how she was doing. After 4 years with this team, they only cared about the money. They lost in court but they also lost a passionate, focused, determined, hard working and talented dancer. To the owners.... I suggest you start taking care of the people who keep you in business. When you have $500.00 (summit installments) that should be returned to dancers since Summit was canceled....return that WITHOUT charging a service fee. That's absurd. You insisted on charging that money in the first place as a "savings account" of sorts. SO GIVE IT BACK IN FULL SINCE IT WASN'T USED! When a competition gives a 100% refund due to COVID...give it back to the dancers! When a tumbling company DOESN'T charge a dancer....you shouldn't either. And for heavens sake....don't lie about it! You got caught in the lie and that only develops mistrust. If you charge video fees, produce the video at the end of the season. Three years in a row you haven't done that....yet you still charge the fee. When costumes are paid for in June and July, don't call them "rentals" at the end of year (March) and demand them back. If they are indeed rentals, make that clear in June/July. These are NOT ways to run a business. You have lost many dancers this year. Have you asked yourself why? I hope there is a change in how things are being run there for the sake of the girls who are still dancing. They deserve better. They deserve a company who values the dancers and their hard working families over money.

The owners of this daycare are extremely unorganized, and don't communicate important information like they should. An issue arised with our daughter and it was handled very poorly and unprofessionally. There are much better childcare options in the Hartford area. I would not recommend this childcare facility to anyone.

We were looking for a fun place to have our son’s birthday party in Hartford and the Dream Center was perfect! They ran the whole party, cut the cake and ran the whole gift opening (even writing down who all the gifts were from). My wife and I could sit and enjoy the party and watch the kids have a great time playing games and playing in the bounce houses. The girls who ran the party were very energetic and great with the kids. We love the Trost family and so glad we have a venue like the Dream Center right here in Hartford. Definitely kept the very high energy boys busy the whole time!
