Yeah, this gym is meticulously clean, and has a ton of machines and free weights as well. But what sets this place apart is how the owners care about their patrons. On numerous occasions they have asked how I'm doing, how work is, etc. No upsells, no hassle, no baloney. Also, it's open 24/7/365, you have zero excuses at ES&F!

Amazing gym! Always extremely clean, very welcoming environment, nice people and owners, more than enough equipment to suit anyone’s need for their preferred exercise. 24/7 hours and rarely ever more than 8 people in the gym at once.

Awesome gym super clean. The owner is very friendly and got me set up very quickly. Not too busy but enough members to keep it going on the regular. Awesome supply of machines from cardio to weights to lateral pulls to bench presses and more. Bring a bottle they have a water dispenser for members. No beverages other than water and workout supplements.

As a bigger man, gyms have always been uncomfortable and intimidating to me. That is not the case here. The atmosphere is friendly, and comfortable. You do not feel intimidated to ask for help. The moment you step in through the doors, you are greeted with an attentive owner who will make the gym work for each individual. It is hardly ever packed, and there is a wide variety of equipment to choose from.

This is by far the cleanest gym I have been to. And there is always plenty of machines open for use. I have never heard of a gym where the owner goes out of his way to show you the ropes and make you feel comfortable in a gym setting.
