Work out here 5 days a week every night and love the place good equipment, sauna, and a tanning great place to hang out and pump some iron or take a jog and not terribly priced

This is a great place to get fit. And the owers are special people. If you want a gym were everyone is welcome and treated friendly and with respect this is it!

Nice facility. It is a small gym with plenty of activity but the wide range of equipment, small town atmosphere and excellent management creates a very friendly atmosphere.
