Eupraxia is a program designed to help people get stronger, lose weight, fit into clothes you haven’t worn in years, have more energy with your family, or simply to look and feel better. We do not teach a gimmick or diet fad and we do not try to sell you on some magic pills, powders, or potions. We teach you how to make healthy food and exercise choices to achieve whatever your goals are. Our program works for everyone, even if you haven’t exercised in years, as long as you are willing to put in the effort.

I've always loved going to the gym but struggled to find the time. I decided to do the 30 Day Challenge at Eupraxia in Holmen and loved it! Class times are spread out to make it easy to get to a class whether you are looking for mornings or evenings. The staff and other members are so amazing! I thought I would feel awkward being the "new kid" but not the case at all! I was even able to go to multiple locations throughout the challenge which further accommodated my busy schedule. On top of the great schedule and workouts they also provide healthy eating plans along with education on just being more in control of your well-being. Highly recommend!

Fantastic program. I did 6 week challenge. Followed eating tips. Visited the gym at least 3 times a week. I lost 18 pounds and 6.2 percent body fat. Very pleased. What makes Eupraxia in Holmen great, are the 3 trainers (Kaitlin, Jordan, and Geena)! They welcome new members with open arms, support you during workouts, and problem solve with you when skills are challenging. I signed up for the 6 week challenge because I needed something different. After a week, I knew I would be signing up for a membership. The meal plans have been so helpful! I love how this gym not only provides challenging workouts but they also implement the other, often overlooked factor, which is nutrition. I came to Eupraxia to do the 6 week challenge and lose some weight. I stayed because I not only saw results but it's a sustainable program. I've completely reframed my views around nutrition for the better. I've been able to gain consistency getting to the gym and eating healthier. A short four months later and I feel so much stronger. The trainers are friendly, helpful, and want you to succeed. The workouts are quick and target ALL the areas. My only regret is that I wish I had joined sooner. If you're on the fence, just do it. Eupraxia is amazing! I first started there doing a 6 week challenge after I noticed how unhealthy, tired and weak I was feeling doing the everyday things of being a full-time working Mom and wife. Getting up off the floor after helping my toddler put on snow gear made me feel like I was 80 years old - it was not good! The at-home workouts I had done previously were good, but too easy to skip out of and the meal planning and prep time was something I was having a hard time prioritizing the time for. Eupraxia taught me more about nutrition and how EASY you can make it each day and week to stay on track with your nutrition! It also crushed the misperction I had of NEEDING to work out everyday or I wouldn't lose weight or get stronger. Just by sticking with the super simple nutrition guidelines and having a goal of working out 3 times a week for 30- 40 mins was all I needed to see and feel myself getting stronger and healthier. That kept me going! The trainers are amazingly supportive, helpful, and encouraging with wherever you are at and where you want to go. The people you work out with are supportive and also inspiring! Everyone comes in at a different point with different goals. AND, I just really love and appreciate being able to walk in, be told what I need to do, and accomplish it as efficiently as possible - no more messing around doing ineffective workouts! ❤

Before I started I felt very lost and hopeless as to what direction to take with my health and physical fitness. I felt as though I was making healthy choices and yet not making ANY progress. Eupraxia's 6 Week Challenge gave me a direction, a purpose and RESULTS! Nothing is more motivating that committing 100% to something and seeing your hardwork and commitment pay of! I've worked out at gyms and lifting places before and NONE of them have been as welcoming as Eupraxia! I attended at both the Holmen and Onalaska locations and everyone is friendly and welcoming! It feels great to walk in the door! Likewise no trainer/coach I have had for a group class before has ever taken the time to watch my form and give me direction on how to get the most out of it at the level I am at (newbie). Their focus on correct form is so awesome and made me feel completely safe and not like I was expected to just lift heavy and potentially get injured. They take it step by step to build strong foundations. Exercises I found myself struggling to complete 6 weeks ago, I now crush, and seeing myself feel ready and comfortable in the choosing the heavier weights is so exciting! I cannot recommend Eupraxia enough. And the 6 Week Challenge is just the jumpstart I needed to get into a better physical and mental health mindset! The Challenge helps you each step of the way with mindset, nutrition and exercise! I lost 21 pounds in 6 weeks! Even if I hadn't lost all the weight, I felt like I had won 3 weeks in because I felt like I had control of my life and my body again. Do it! You won't regret it :)

I’ve been coming to Eupraxia for eight months now. My wife started with the six week challenge and was hooked, so then I had to see what it was all about. I have a physical job being an automotive technician, so I’ve always prided myself in staying in good physical condition. Once I started my six week challenge, I found out how out of shape I was. My muscles were sore, because I was strengthening muscles that I must not normally use. I took photos when I first started and compared my progress along the way. I didn’t really loose much weight, because I was loosing fat, but gaining muscle. Don’t look at the scale, look at your body and the impressive changes that you will see. Eupraxia helps strengthen your core, which is so important, plus many other muscles. I can do so much more in the workouts now. I can tell the difference in my work and my life. All the fitness coaches are very helpful, supportive and encouraging. I definitely recommend anyone to give the six week challenge a shot. You will feel worse before you feel better, but in a few months you will look and feel amazing!

Also, the trainers work very hard to teach proper techniques and strategies for each move or lift during the workouts. I joined Eupraxia in late October, 2021 - as an attempt to get myself in shape for an upcoming vacation in February. I had no idea what to expect & I was terrified. From the moment I walked in the door to meet with Jordan, she was welcoming, non-judgmental, and helped ease my anxiety. I stayed for Kickboxing that night and had a lot of fun. I found myself looking forward to going to the classes and not looking for excuses to not go - like I had done countless other times in the past. I was doing the 6 week challenge so I decided to go all in - I followed the meal plans and searched for recipes and cleaned up my diet. Within three short weeks, I could tell that my clothes were fitting better, even though the scale never moved. After my six weeks was over, I was hooked. The scale still hadn't moved much, but my before and after pictures were incredible. After I couldn't stop talking about it, my husband decided to join as well. I love that the classes are instructor led and everything can be modified. No more wandering around the gym aimlessly, wondering what to do and risking injury because I'm doing it wrong. All of the instructors have been incredibly helpful and encouraging and it's only a half-hour out of my day. I am building muscle and getting stronger every single day. I feel better on every level. All you have to do is eat real food and show up. No crazy diet fads. No ridiculous workouts. Every day is different and offers it's own challenges but if you're looking for something that will work - sign up for Eupraxia! My husband and I love it!

If you have been thinking about trying Eupraxia, I would highly recommend it! All of the trainers are great, very helpful and motivating. The other members are welcoming, so there’s nothing to be intimidated about. Everyone is encouraged to work at their own level whether you are a beginner or very experienced. The six week weight loss challenge has a meal plan that is easy to follow without feeling hungry. The best part is the success of losing 18.6 lbs and dropping 5% body fat in six weeks. It’s scary trying something new, putting yourself out there. As a middle-aged women who has not seriously exercised in a long time, starting an exercise program was something I new I needed to do to improve and maintain my heath, but there were all kinds of doubts going through my mind… will I be able to keep up, will people think I am weak, will I fit in??? From my first day at Eupraxia I was greeted by smiling and encouraging coaches and peers. Many members were starting new like myself.
Personally, I felt weak, but no one ever made me feel that way. And during the last month, I have felt myself get stronger. I was able to progress from 5 lb weights to 10 lb weights, and sometimes more. The coaches challenge you without ever making you feel bad for needing help or a modification to the exercise. Safety is a top concern with making sure you pay attention to form and doing the exercises correctly.
My trial month is up, and I am looking forward to growing healthier and stronger as I continue on with my Eupraxia journey!

In high school I was tri sport athlete. In college I went to the gym to workout and even all through my first pregnancy. Two kids later, less than two years apart I was having a hard time finding that -me time-. I tried a few gyms and it just wasn’t working for myself or my family. I was a little lost in Motherhood in which I absolutely love, but wanted to get healthy and be in shape again so then along came the 6week challenge. My husband crushed those numbers, but I did not. While I didn’t loose the 20lbs I gained so much more! I lost weight, my body percentage went down, I got so much stronger, it was a total Mom Win and not just for myself but my entire family. The staff has all been great but a big Thank You to Jordan & Kim who have worked with me the most! I joined Eupraxia early Dec of 2020. Getting back in shape and losing weight has always been a goal of mine. I always made excuses and never committed to anything. That mentality pushed me to sign up for their 6 week challenge. They have all the meal plans laid out, grocery shopping lists, and even the recipes for every meal of the day. For the first time in my life I felt like I was given the tools to succeed at a “diet”. I now view this “diet” as a lifestyle change and continue to apply what I learned in that 6 weeks to all of my meals. The workouts are challenging but they tailor them to you based on your experience level. I look forward to going to the gym now. Something in my life I never thought I would say. If you are considering joining, just do it. I can’t recommend them enough. Your body will thank you later.

I've been at Eupraxia for 3.5 years and have loved my experience! I'm not the kind of person who is motivated to work out on my own. I never knew what to do or which muscle groups to work out if I'd go to a gym by myself. I'd also never push myself to lift more weight! At Eupraxia, the workouts are set up for you, the trainers are there to help and encourage you, and I love the atmosphere and the friends I've made! Jordan made a point to sit down with us to set goals for the year and periodically checks in on how we're doing - nothing like some accountability to stick with it! No one judges where you're at on your health journey and eventually you learn to tolerate (dare I say even ...like??) doing burpees :)

Every morning Monday through Friday my alarm goes off at 5:30 and I walk through the Holmen Eupraxia doors for my 6:00 a.m workout. It’s the best way to start my day, I get to have a laugh with my friends, have trainers, Jordan, Kim, Lindsay, and now Ryan, push me to get results, and reach new goals for myself. I’m 51 and in the best shape of my life. 2 years ago I had to have some emergency surgery, it sidelined me, but my trainers at Eupraxia slowly got me healthy and strong again. I started at Eupraxia 4 years ago when my friend Jen gave me a gift for 30 days for $30. I have been coming every day since. This place has the right stuff! I knew that I needed to make some changes and was looking for a place to workout where I felt like I belonged. From the first consultation with Jordan, I knew that this place would be different. I was so surprised at how comfortable I felt walking in where I didn't know a soul. Not only do the trainers know their stuff, but the members of Eupraxia seem to be cut from the same cloth. Kind, encouraging, and genuinely engaged generating a comfort level that I haven't had before. You want accountability? No problem. The staff cares about you achieving your desired results and living your best life. You want variety? Yep. They have that, too. I've yet to do the same workout twice. How about meeting you where you are and modifying exercises to fit your own personal journey? That was HUGE for me as I was really worried about that. Whether you're a self proclaimed couch potato or a super fit dynamo, they've got you! Did someone say nutrition? This is one of the main things that sets Eupraxia apart. They have a more than knowlegdeable staff with common sense, proven advice and guidance. Right now my mantra is- You can't out exercise a bad diet. I came to Eupraxia liking the idea of a 6 week challenge! I’m 61 and hadn’t done much exercise in the past 3-4 years, since my last breast surgery. I was unhappy with how out of shape that I was, overweight and pretty weak. I loved how easy the meal plans were to follow. The grocery lists are there for you and the daily planner. Make sure you read all the information every week that he provides. It’s so interesting and makes so much sense!
The classes are different every day so you never get bored. It’s such a different way of exercising and only 40 minutes long (20” on Fridays). I was down 4.4% body fat and 13.6 pounds after 6 weeks. Then COVID closed us down. But the instructors were amazing during this time, posting classes online and keeping in touch with us. My last check I was pleased to see my results had all improved. Really impressive was my metabolic age that started out at 68 and is now at 48!! I am in all the green (normal) ranges now, but hope to improve even more. I’m getting stronger and feeling so much better. I can’t wait to see my results after one year!
The instructors are wonderful! I usually have Jordan or Lindsay, so they really get to know each one of us personally. The class times fit all schedules and I feel comfortable going in the morning or the afternoon. Please check out Eupraxia. It’s not your ordinary gym!

I love working out at Eupraxia! The trainers are amazing and having weight loss challenges every couple months keeps you motivated to stay on track. I recently did the 6 week challenge and lost 20lbs thanks to the meal plan they gave me and the awesome workouts we did each week.
